In winter (with snow) ski and toboggan slope directly at the house (private - without elevator) There is a large bed (3 mattresses) and a pull-out sofa bed. No wifi, bad cell phone connection. Car available via meadow path in summer. In winter approx. 100 m walk. Basic heating elect.

Shower room with concrete spatula technique, whereby due to the very limited space situation shower and toilet could not be separated spatially.
