Monthly Rentals in Malavli

This is a 2bhk apartment with a private terrace of 1900 sq ft based on the second floor of a two store building The terrace area is quite good and we spent most time there.

Our stay at this villa was truly wonderful. The property itself was stunning, offering a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. The food was delicious, adding to the overall experience. What stood out the most was the hospitality—the owners were incredibly humble and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would love to visit again! Highly recommended!

First of all the host was very responsive and helped out clear any doubts we had!! House was beautiful and comfortable, the caretakers were very helpful and friendly and the pool was clean and big. Had fun during the barbecue session. As described by the host, the road leading to the house is not in good condition but the house is really worth the effort. I do recommend to eat the home cooked meal prepared by the caretaker Usha tai!! The only nitpick is that there is network issue inside the house and the wifi was not working but other than that we had a very fun time during our stay. Most importantly our stay felt very safe. I do recommend checking out this villa!!

It is an amazing place, right from the living room to kitchen to bedroom everything is spot on and the little garden plus the gazebo is a different vibe altogether, 5/5 stars for Prashant and his cozy little place. Will always comeback to this place.
