This is a lovely large house situated in a quite place . The entry level has a big sitting area with a 8 seater dining table . There are 2 bedrooms here with attached bath and 3 on the floor above . Another bedroom is on the second floor (this has no attached bath) . Each room is well kept and provided with blankets and towels . The swimming pool is a level lower and the 7th room is at this level ,this room is more like a outhouse along with other gaming facilities . A large Verandah runs through two sides of the entire hall where games can be played. Here too there are outdoor rattan tables and chairs provided. A trampoline at one corner occupied the children for long time . The highlight of the place is the pool which is clean and inviting . The caretaker is very helpful and provides tea , coffee and heats all the meals which are delivered from small home based restaurants close by , with recommendations from host . We would surely recommend this place for a large group .

Absolutely amazing stay, felt right at home. The pictures don't do justice to the actual place. Everything was squeaky clean, including the kitchen and bathroom. All amenities available. Definitely booking again when in Alibaug next. :)

Had a wonderful stay at the location. Do not go by the exterior of the building, the Actual property has been maintained very well and is clean and spacious. We were a family of 5 and had more than enough space , they have 2 bedrooms and a Sofa cum bead to accommodate the guests. Right on the beach and you can even walk up to the fort in low tides. There is a caretaker who is always available and very helpful. Deepak the host is very proactive and the communication is very clear.

Aai Bungalow was a beautiful place to stay for the few days we celebrated the New Year. It's a large villa surrounded by flora throughout. The caretakers, Sanjay and his wife, were extremely nice, providing us with tasty breakfasts and lunches while also ensuring our privacy. The villa looks much nicer in person than in the images. The surroundings are very peaceful, making it a great place to relax outdoors as well as to party indoors with friends. Although Jitendra wasn't present, he was always ready to address any issues we faced and helped resolve them promptly. In conclusion, I would definitely visit again if given the chance and highly recommend it to others. It's a worthwhile option compared to spending an equal or greater amount on hotel rooms.

For all those looking for a clean, well managed small place to base in central Kihim, this is the place. The host Ashish is Superhost material, and will promptly take care of all your needs with picture perfect hospitality. The bungalow itself has been newly renovated and all the amenities listed are provided well. You can expect ACs in all rooms, and strong wifi all around the house. It's close enough to the main road to be accessible but also far enough to be quiet. the compound is also safe as the host owns all the property adjoining it. There is food on request as well, and is great for the times you want to stay in. If you're happy with a simple cozy place with upto 2 rooms, look no further.

Great place to stay as it's surrounded with Greenery with private parking, food was yumm, rooms were neat and clean with a suprise of bathtub , pool was cleaned just for us... value for money. Host was very kind and helpful and was just a call away even the staff was very supportive and generous as this place is nearby to most of the beaches especially alibaug beach highly recommended must visit with family and friends

We found this beautiful villa on the coast, it looked great in the pictures and the location seemed exciting considering that you could get a view of the sea from the 1st floor bedrooms and the terrace. The lighting of the villa was exquisite which made it a great prospect to hang out in anywhere from the ground-floor natural grass lawn all the way up to the terrace. This place is great for mid-sized groups who want a place away from the hustle-bustle of Alibag and allows multiple options like relaxing at the pool or having a barbecue at the terrace. As for the host, Devashree, she is extremely kind, approachable and responsive. She answered all of our queries accurately and gave us great food suggestions in and around the villa. She made our trip very comfortable and I recommend this to everyone looking for a relaxing weekend near the sea.
