What guests are saying:“The apartment has a fantastic view of a rustic scenery with lush green landscape dotted with coconut trees and a view of the pool. The apartment is itself is quite comfortable for 2 people. There is a bed on the loft which is a bit risky to climb up and down and we decided not to use it. There is a washing machine fridge and other utensils if you wish to cook. From the images, I thought the apartment is an independent one next to pool but it's on the second floor along with other rooms but the images of the room are as it was depicted. Host Vb was always quick to respond and he gave a bunch of wonderful suggestions for eating out and places to visit. Thanks Vb once again.”

They are very prompt in their communication and really sweet to helping guests out in their own sweet ways. The apartment is as it looks in the pictures. Very conveniently located to northern most stretch of beaches as well the Assagao, Anjuna and Vagator stretch. You will be well rested here if you like to indulge into nature, reading and some art. The apartment's window opens to a thick green cover inviting range of colorful birds, butterflies, squirrels and monkeys. I spent quite a few hours seeing this nature's play unfold from the window. They have a stacked library with some interesting reads and have an art studio in the same building inviting folks to create through some DIY kits. I will strongly recommend you guys to check this space out for a relaxing trip to Goa.”
This is our well maintained, beautiful, cozy and a cute studio room. Fully furnished with the modern amenities/equipment required for a home. We ourselves love it as our holiday home and so we would like to share this space with you wonderful people out there. You will love it here!! Best for a family of 3 or a honeymoon couple to spend their wonderful time in Goa.

We checked in at 3:00AM early morning and it was totally hassle-free.The place is exactly how it looks like in the photos with all amenities like fridge,oven,washing machine and an entire kitchen setup.The room was very clean and cozy.Also, the residential complex(riviera sapphire) is beautiful with 2 pools and lots of greenery. Charmaine and her friend Anthony were amazing hosts.We had an issue with the wifi but they took care of it promptly.Also, the location is very good. 30mins to baga/calangute and 15 minutes to vagator.This place is perfect for people who are looking for some quiet but also don't wanna be too far away from the real action. Would definitely recommend this place!”
