House vacation rentals in Malavli

Had a lovely and peaceful time. The house was well-equipped with amenities, had easy to read instructions pasted everywhere for easy use of equipment like microwave, geyser, water filter, etc. The surrounding area was also very well kept and peaceful. We had a great time going on night walks, enjoying the weather with friends and family.

Caretaker Kaustubh was one of the best person I've ever met. Bro was absolutely amazing and helped us throughout. Thanks to Sidhhesh as well for maintaining the property really good.

It is a very good place for group of friends to chill with less crowd and personal space. No hassles and extremely cooperative caretaker. Plus the food prepared by the caretaker is worth having!

We stayed at Bourbon Villa with a group of 8 and had a great experience! The villa is clean, has a private pool, and is located near Della, which was perfect for our plans. Everything you need - groceries and a pharmacy is just a 5-minute walk away. The caretaker was very helpful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and affordable stay in Lonavala!

We stayed at this BnB for 2 nights and had a wonderful time, especially our two dogs, who absolutely loved the spacious lawn area. The home is inside a gated society, which felt safe, peaceful, and perfect for a short getaway. The private pool was great for relaxing afternoons (though not big enough to swim), while the clubhouse pool was clean and perfect for a proper swim. The host also had a cycle available, and it was fun riding around the society’s quiet lanes. One of the highlights was a short hike we took to a nearby river with our dog, it was a lovely experience and made the trip even more memorable. The caretaker, Shailesh, was excellent. His service was prompt, and the food he prepared was delicious and homely. The portion sizes were a bit small, but the pricing is reasonable, so we simply ordered a bit more. Overall, we had a really enjoyable and memorable stay. Highly recommended, and we’d love to visit again!

Firstly the photos dont do justice to the beauty of the place.. its extremely beautiful and tastefully made..lovely pool with al garden and a tree house..they have a huge collection of DVDs and books.. the caretaker is such a humble and polite person..cooks such tasty meals.. the plus point of the place is the location...right in khandala..away from the hustle of lonavala..also all the traffic is avoided.. lot of indoor games available for a relaxing evening .. a weekend is just not enuf to enjoy the place.. just book without a thought..! thank you for amazing memories!

We had a great time with our entire family at this Bunglow . The caretaker was very good . Food was outstanding.

The stay was comfortable, and the private pool added a luxurious touch to the whole experience.Villa is same as shown in pictures.Just pool is small which was not expected.Mangement was responsive and helpful.Big spacious balcony we had a great anniversary celebration with our family.I would recommend this Villa for everyone.

The villa is easy to reach, very well maintained and has peaceful surroundings. Sushil is an amazing host and has a proactive approach. I will absolutely recommend this for a workcation/vacation. Care taker - Rahul is very helpful.

This Villa turned out to be pleasant place for weekend gate-together. Bedrooms are cozy. Living room provide enough place for hangout. Swimming pool is clean and worth taking a dive for relaxation. Staff is customer friendly and helpful.

Really loved the place and was worth the money spent. Everything was clean except for the couch in the hall. The bedrooms were comfortable enough. I expected a little more ambience with the lightings (most lights were not functional) but overall loved it. Me and my friends enjoyed every bit of the stay. The caretaker was responsive and was available a call away.

The villa was very good and as described on the site. Owner's son Ravi is extremely responsive and will help answer all queries and support. Caretaker couple lives across the house and can help you.

Absolutely loved the stay! The place is as described in the photos! This was my birthday trip and also a special trip, and gargi’s place especially added to it! Keep up the great work. The food was amazing- felt right at home! With amazing views, games! And offcourse the pool! Definitely worth the view and value ❤️

Nestled amidst lush greenery and majestic mountains, the scenic beauty was simply mesmerizing, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Whether it was enjoying our morning tea with a view or unwinding in the serene ambiance, every moment spent here was delightful. A special mention goes to Ajeet Bhaiya, who was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. His hospitality made our experience even more seamless and enjoyable. The place is well maintained and clean. My family loved it. I think two things which were not communicated from host side while booking villa. First he requested me to pay a 2K refundable deposit at location for any damage costs and second to pay additional for LPG gas usage. I never in my so far Airbnb experience was asked to pay for LPG usage. The host later agreed to not charge me as he had not mentioned this on Airbnb. These little things sometimes are upsetting but I can understand that managing a big house on Airbnb is not easy so I wouldn't really list these as negative points but more on clarity of communication. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mrudgandh, a beautiful villa in Mulshi hosted by Sonali. I can't recommend this place highly enough! The villa itself is stunning, with a fantastic pool that offers a great view. The property is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a wonderful terrace that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and attentive caretakers. They were always available when we needed them but respected our privacy perfectly, making the experience even more comfortable. The food provided was excellent, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Sonali has done a fantastic job with Mrudgandh. The property matched the description and photos perfectly, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful and luxurious getaway in Mulshi.
