Although our journey to the place was pretty long and tiring given the long weekend, everything felt worth it when we stayed at this villa. It really felt warm and comfortable and indeed by the end of the trip we all called it our home and wanted to stay back a couple of days more. The caretaker Tanu was very sweet and friendly and we preferred eating her yummy home cooked dishes rather than ordering in. She kept the villa neat and clean everyday. Zero complaints and 100% recommended to everyone who would want to explore Lavasa to stay here. Well connected to a few scenic views.

Dilip kumar is a wonderful PhD Biology gentleman who has developed DMARC from scratch. For those whose love for nature, village life, simple living and experiences are a must should experience the simple life of DMARC. An off road drive greets you after a good drive from whichever place you arrive. Though a challenge to drive, it's worth it once you have crossed to enter DMARC. Plants, simple living house with simple clean beds and solar lighting greets you with the host personally there to assist or his on site person. Dilipji is a personalised host for everything you may need to know or to experience in the area. if your not upto off roading, treks, rustic village life....don't book. But you wouldn't want to loose an experience......that is built by Dilipji which one can experience without much of a fuss. Cheers to an experience at DMARC

Pranay is the definition of a super-host! From the time I booked, everything (check-in instructions, contact information, maps, etc) was communicated with great clarity. The rooms were cozy, clean, quiet, well-ventilated and has scenic views from almost all the rooms. The location is not far from the main city coming much before karjat and lonavala situated in the lap of nature makes it feel like a mirage, the villa touches the lake with an overhead view of the mountains. The large swimming pool with the slide and green patch in front of it with the music playing in the scenic view deserves a particular mention - It is beautiful! What made my comfortable stay a memorable one was - The Hospitality – from Pranay to the caretakers who made some excellent local food with an extra effort to help you with your stay. In addition to all this, the animals in (pet dogs, ducks, fish) and around the property (cows and goats) around the lake made the experience something very very special for my family, friends and kids! I got to spend a wonderful trip, getting in touch with nature in its divine form while at the same time getting all the modern amenities that we are so used to in our daily life. I highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again!!
