House vacation rentals in Madrid

Excelente comunicación con el anfitrión, responde de inmediato. El alojamiento impecable, la cama muy cómoda. Esta en un edificio con guardia 24/7 lo que da mucha seguridad. Está muy cerca de la estación de tren (que viene o va al aeropuerto) y del metro que conecta con toda la ciudad. A 50m hay un supermercado. No pudo ser mejor !! Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volveré. ¡ Gracias Juan !

Maison très agréable et spacieuse. Les photos sur le site correspondent à la réalité . Le Propriétaire a été super réactif à mes questions et flexible à mes demandes. Tout était propre. Je recommande ce lieu qui nous a permis de passer un moment extraordinaire entre amis. Pour visiter Madrid bus métro et ubers

La casa es increíble. Las fotos no muestran todo. La estancia fue inmejorable. Ramón muy atento y amable en todo momento. Sin duda repetiremos la experiencia.

Great host, amazing house, very spacious with a lovely garden. We had a great time and loved everything about this place. It was super clean and is equipped perfectly.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la jolie maison d Anne Sophie . Le quartier est très agréable et le métro facilement accessible . Nous avons tout aimé dans cette maison , nous nous y sommes sentis «  comme chez nous « avec nos enfants Merci pour la flexibilité au moment de la sortie.

Très bel appartement avec un magnifique jardin aménagé avec beaucoup de gout. piscine et installations sportives dans la résidence. au top !

La habitación estilo Alhambra es realmente una pasada, llena de encanto y detalles que la hacen única. Además, la casa es muy espaciosa y tiene muchos rincones agradables donde relajarse y disfrutar del entorno. La ubicación es perfecta, a una distancia ideal de Madrid, lo que nos permitió sentirnos en el campo sin alejarnos demasiado de la ciudad. Sin duda, recomendamos tu alojamiento a otros viajeros que busquen una experiencia similar. También queremos agradecerte por las deliciosas rosquillas y el vino; ¡las rosquillas estaban buenísimas! Me and my friend had an amazing experience at Gema’s place. We stayed for 10 days and right from the start Gema was helpful and communicated nicely. Miguel received us and showed us the place and explained the details. I recall we wanted to check if there was a ground coffee making machine and Gema straight away ordered a new one which was extremely nice of her as a host. The place was quite clean with all the things appropriately working. The location was good for us and there is a separate parking for the apartment as well. I would definitely come back to gema’s place. She as a host and her apartment is top rated in my opinion.

We had a terrific stay at Adelaida’s … leafy, peaceful & quiet. Easy walk to Casa de Campo which has a wonderful cafe/restaurant. We enjoyed the walk through the park to get to the Metro, which is an easy way to get to see the sights of Madrid. We would highly recommend people to stay there.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Fernando. Logement au top avec les nombreuses chambres et salles de bain bien disposées. 2 lignes de métro à proximité qui permettent un excellent déplacement dans tout Madrid. Je recommande et n’hésiterai pas à réserver à nouveau chez Fernando si besoin !

Francisco and Kenya were excellent hosts and the house was lovely. Exactly like the pictures. We got a lovely welcome and they provided juice and croissants for breakfast which I thought was a nice touch. The accommodation is a bit far from the city on public transport however we used ubers all weekend and it only took 20 minutes to get in and it wasn't that expensive for the ubers. There is also nice restaurants beside the accommodation if you didn't want to go into the city. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Madrid.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated home in Madrid. It was located just a five-minute walk from the Arturo Soria metro station. The home is in a quiet residential neighborhood across from a school where our kids even got to play soccer with some local children, which was such a fun experience for them. The home itself is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the children's rooms—cozy, fun, and filled with Spanish books. I even read a few stories to my child at bedtime. We enjoyed a lovely walk to a nearby restaurant one evening, and the area felt very safe and family-friendly. The hosts were incredibly attentive and shared helpful details about the neighborhood, transportation, and places to visit. Highly recommend this stay for families looking for a peaceful and authentic experience in Madrid.

Francisco est réactif et les informations correspondent à la réalité. Le logement était propre. Une seule remarque à propos du parking gratuit sur place. Il n’est pas privé. En fait, on se parque dans le quartier où il y a beaucoup de places gratuites. Il y a plusieurs commerces à proximité et cela est bien pratique.

My son and I stayed here for two weeks and had a great time. The apartment is centrally located with easy access to everything we wanted to do. After we'd walked a full day or gotten back from an excursion outside Madrid, we always felt we came back home to peace. It was so quiet and the building super peaceful. Everyone we encountered in the building was always nice and friendly (especially the doorman). We like cooking and making our own meals so it was a bit of a shock not to have an oven. I somehow missed this in the listing! Still, we made it work and managed to make some nice meals. Don't expect great views of the city or anything, but the location of the apartment in the building does make it super quiet. Susana was very responsive and helpful when I reached out to her. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed being so close to everything. I would absolutely stay here again!

Apartamento cómodo para pasear por Madrid. Al estar en un patio interior, es muy silencioso a pesar de estar ubicado en una calle con gran movimiento. Es muy interesante la experiencia de la diversidad cultural en el barrio Lavapiés. Nos resultó cercano a todos los lugares que queríamos conocer. Muy buena comunicación con Paula, impecables sábanas y toallas, gracias!!

El alojamiento es precioso y, aunque sólo nos quedamos 2 días, dispone de todo lo necesario para estancias más largas. Se nota que se ha decorado y equipado con mucho mimo. Además, Laura, la anfitriona, es encantadora y ha cuidado cada uno de los detalles para que todo sea fácil de usar y sólo pienses en disfrutar de tu viaje. Ha sido un absoluto placer quedarnos en este alojamiento y lo recomiendo muchísimo.

Nos alojemos en este apartamento durante 11 días y nos pareció un súper apartamento/casita. En el barrio de Tetuán con todos los servicios a mano y transporte directo al centro y puntos de interés de Madrid. Flora y su hijo son super amables, flexibles con tus necesidades y que se moverán para cualquier cosa que necesites además siempre con una sonrisa y de corazón. Con respecto al apartamento está muy bien equipado, todo lo necesario en la cocina como si fuera tu casa. Un baño pequeñito pero super funcional y una ducha bastante buena con presión, agua bien caliente y diferentes modos de salida de agua. Dispone de un patio muy práctico y muy cómodo para disfrutar del sol, tender ropa, comer fuera ... Dispone de armario amplio y todo lo necesario para colgar ropa, planchar, limpiar, toallas y sábanas de sobra... Salón amplio con diferentes asientos muy cómodos. No pasarás frío ni calor gracias a la calefacción que puedes gestionar tu mismo. Lo recomendamos a 100%

A great spot! We were very comfortable with our group of 5. Walkable to everything you need. The shower in the first bathroom does not contain water very well, so we avoided using it. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Juan fue siempre muy atento y estuvo disponible en todo momento para ayudarnos con lo que necesitáramos. El apartamento estaba impecable. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí.
