Monthly Rentals in Madrid

Loved this beautiful little place! We felt right at home here. You see the prettiest sunsets and the town is such a wonderful community full of people and cute places to visit. The host was very kind and there was a lot of stuff provided such as coffee, tea, hair and body wash, basic cooking supplies, etc. also a SUPER comfy bed! :)

Great place to get away from the business of the city. The thoughtful touches, like a pitcher of ice cold water waiting in the fridge, made us feel right at home. Kerry and Kevin provided lots of information and were accessible for our questions. We were extremely happy with our stay and can’t wait to come back!

The Placitas casita is a lovely place with wonderful hosts who are friendly, quick to respond and easy to work with. I immediately felt right at home in the casita, which is cozy and quiet with a creative interior design. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware; the internet is fast; and it feels quite private. I enjoyed both sitting on the porch and relaxing on the backyard patio—all with beautiful views. The backyard grill is a nice bonus too. Just five minutes away you can find lots of trails for hiking, running and biking at the foot of the Sandia Mountains as well as a small commercial center with both a casual cafe and fine dining, a small grocery store and a new coffee shop. Not too much further away is Bernalillo (with a Sprouts); and Albuquerque is an easy 30 minute drive. So the casita’s location offers a nice mix of rural/nature with all your big city needs nearby. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to have the chance to do so again.

I had a lovely stay at Lucy‘s place in Madrid. It was clean, cozy, peaceful and had a cool mix of an eclectic furnishings and decor. It had just about everything you could want and need. Lucy was very responsive and helpful and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend her space if you’re going to be visiting the Madrid area! Very funky, artsy, friendly little town!
