A self contained apartment located in the basement of our home. 2 private entrances, self check-in and check-out. The neighbors in our cul-de-sac are trees and cardinals (the birds not the baseball players.) Quiet enough to work, work, work. Spacious enough to play, play, play. Christian Hospital 6 min, Airport 17 min, Busch Stadium 24 min, Convention Plaza 24 min, Downtown St. Louis 25 min. Very near nature reserves and confluence of Missouri and Mississippi Rivers.

Just a half block to the famous Soulard farmer's market and to tons of bars/restaurants (most offer free shuttles to Cardinals, Blues, STL City, and Battlehawk games).

While generally safe, it is an urban environment, racially and economically mixed. Please set your expectations accordingly.

Located in the Heart of the Central West End! Walking distance to Shops, Restaurants, Bars and Historical Sites! Area is rooted in architecture from 1904 Worlds Fair, which was held a quarter mile away at Forest Park. Park offers one of the best Zoos, Art Museum and Science Center in the country!! This is a third floor walk up with a good amount of steps! We have lived in this house for 30 years and is our favorite apartment!
