You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. The Razorback Greenway is right out the front door, and the Bentonville square is one block away with fine dining, pubs, music venues, quaint shops, art galleries, coffee shops, food trucks, bicycle shop/rentals, splash park, playground, and a grocery store. Slaughter Pen dirt trails start two blocks north of the house. Crystal Bridges is less than a mile north via the paved Art Trail. It's a super fun place to live.

We're also close to the Ozark Greenway Trail system which runs from Bentonville/Bella Vista to Fayetteville. Bicycles and walking are the best way of getting around.
