Thos is a great place. The location is perfect and the house was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great home in a beautiful neighborhood. It’s a short walk to the square where there are lots of restaurants, shops and other attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Melissa was very accommodating with our arrival time. It’s obvious Melissa has a passion for hosting and wanting guests to feel welcomed in her home. Very clean, comfortable and well decorated. Anything you could have needed was available it seemed. Very nice neighborhood you can feel comfortable taking a walk and a park around the corner.

The place was clean and comfortable. Martha checked if everything went well checking in and sent a list of restaurants and things to do.

This is a perfect place to stay when visiting Bentonville! Downtown and the trailheads were almost out our door!

Great place for a family of four in town for biking. Easy access to downtown and trailhead for All-American Trail.

The Red Door was gorgeous and had every possible ammenity that we could possibly need If we needed it! There was bottled water in the fridge and snacks even upon our arrival. I would definitely stay at the Red Door again and highly recommend anyone coming to Bentonville to stay here.

Everything about staying at Gigi’s house went well! The house was in a great location for access to things to do in the area, just a mile from the main road through Bella Vista. The pet policies were accommodating and realistic. It helped so much to have a flat, fenced in back yard for the dog to run around in. The house was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the kitchen came equipped with what we needed. Gigi and Delton were quickly responsive to any issues or questions we had. We had to make an adjustment to the days we had originally booked due to medical appointments and they very kindly took care of it and immediately refunded the days we couldn’t stay. We would love to stay here again!!

The caboose was perfect!! Very authentic while also being cute and cozy!! The location was rural but still close to town. Host was responsive and nice. Would definitely recommend!

Home was in good condition, clean and had all the things to make breakfast and dinners. Only issue’s one sink in bathroom need attention, garbage disposal need to be cleaned didn't drain well. Keurig was missing the filter in the water chamber, and kitchen counters need a facelift. Other than those little things it was very accommodating and pleasant And relaxing! Thanks much.

We were running a race in downtown Springdale and we were able to walk to the start of the race! The location was perfect!

Great place to stay in Bella Vista, the trail can be accessed very easily from the house. Nice backyard for dogs and overall a very comfortable home!

Our group of seven had a great time in Bryce’s lovely home. It is very comfortable, has plenty of room, a well stocked kitchen and overlooks the most beautiful scene. It is conveniently located to take in the outdoor activities in Bella Vista and close enough to enjoy what Bentonville has to offer.

My best friend and I stayed here for our frien-iversary. When we saw the photos and looked at everything Chris was offering, I realized I didn't care if it was over my budget. Of course, i started to doubt myself and wonder if the pictures just looked better and felt anxious. All of that was immediately swept away after stepping foot inside. It feels like home but in a more upgraded, fancy way. Lots of little thoughtful touches and extras were there. We specifically wanted to use the hot tub, unfortunately it was raining the whole weekend so we ended up using the bathtub upstairs in our swimsuits and still got the same type of relaxing experience of both of us comfortably fitting inside and talking right before bed. In the downstairs bathroom, the vanity area was so fun to get ready in front of together. The dressing room had perfect lighting for pictures. Any time we needed something, and couldn't find it, the host would quickly being it by. Just really blown away. Amazing remodel.

Everything about our stay was great! The host was flexible for check-in and the home was easy to locate. There is a strong wilderness feel, but it is in a neighborhood of sorts, so not completely out of pocket. The playset and backyard were a fun space for our son to play. The home was extremely clean and there were helpful instructions in every room. The fireplace and hot tub were amazing!! I was very impressed with how very clean the hot tub was. There were a TON of towels. The beds were comfortable, decor was super chic. The host left a list of many recommended activities/restaurants in the area, which is always helpful. I would 10/10 recommend.

We were visiting Bentonville for the first time and loved the location, garage space (for bikes), bike wash, pool, and hot tub. There was plenty of space for our two families (8 ppl) to sleep and make meals. We appreciated pool towels and coffee/espresso.

This place is awesome there are neighbors right next door, but other than that the place is pretty private feeling. It was easy to find and there’s plenty to do downtown which is not far away.

Great place to stay, clean with all the amenities you need. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer was nice, bib walkin shower. Quality bedding and linens, check in was easy and good directions to the place. Nice view of the surrounding mountains with the outdoor fire pit, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Todd's place.

We loved our stay!! There were 5 of us - 3 kids - and we did not feel cramped at all. So spacious with plenty of room for the kids to play. So much attention to detail at this location!! The books for kids, the games, the hammocks - I overpacked for entertaining and next time will not! The kitchen was well stocked with even a crockpot and griddle! The extra supplies all around the house - spices, foil, lotion - just a nice added touch. The decor is adorable and the beds were comfy! We went into Bentonville for most activities. It was a convenient 15 minute drive. Our kids loved the playground! And want to go back when the pool is open! We do really hope to return.

We highly enjoyed staying at this property while we checked out the trails in Bentonville. A nice quiet neighborhood and close to the trails. The home had everything we needed! The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
