You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

On the Greenway, One Block to Bentonville square

Enjoy this private three-room suite in a Victorian house built in 1906. The Razorback Greenway is right out the front door, and the Bentonville square is one block away with fine dining, pubs, music venues, quaint shops, art galleries, coffee shops, food trucks, bicycle shop/rentals, splash park, playground, and a grocery store. Slaughter Pen dirt trails start two blocks north of the house. Crystal Bridges is less than a mile north via the paved Art Trail. It's a super fun place to live.
