Drive 5 miles to access the northern end of Slaughter Pen Trails. Drive 7 miles to access Coler Preserve North Trail. Interested in birding and beautiful waterfalls - Tanyard Creek is a 1.5-mile drive from the unit.

Our super cute cottage style home offers direct access to the Crystal Bridges Museum trail head next door(Slaughterpen System and greenway). The trail leads to the Crystal Bridges Museum and passes by the deck overlooking the museum. This same paved trail also leads to Compton gardens and the square allowing our visitors to access all Bentonville has to offer without touching a street. We rent across the street also.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly constructed guest house with separate bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen and laundry. Close to the airport and Wal-Mart AMP and perfect for those Razorback home games. This little guest house will make the perfect stay for those out of town business professionals with high speed internet and nice little work area. King sized bed in the bedroom plus a queen sized air mattress. Pool view but not currently accessible to guests.

Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Pictures don’t do this place justice. It is absolutely beautiful. It’s walking distance to downtown Bentonville, specifically Preachers Son and Onyx coffee lab. We’re planning to come back with the kids later this summer.
