Vacation rentals with breakfast in Benton County

First time experience with Airbnb. Host is a gentle soul. Room was nice, the house was clean and library quiet. Located close to everything I needed and the price is hard to beat. Great experience.

One of my favorite airbnbs I have ever stayed in!! Chelsea and her family were great hosts. We were welcomed with a box of Rick’s razorback cookies at check-in, the house was perfectly equipped for our large group, and it was less than a 15 minute drive to the stadium and Dickson St. Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL backyard and patio! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Fayetteville for a game weekend or just a fun getaway! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

I very much enjoyed my stay here. I didn't spend much time at the AirBnB except to sleep, but Diana made sure I knew about all of the amenities, where everything was, ways to situate myself so that I'd be the most comfortable, etc. Extensive effort was put into decorating the room/bathroom and providing information about things to do locally. And the snacks were much appreciated. :)

Great place to stay. We found it last minute as we had planned to travel home that day but do to flooding we couldn’t get home. Grateful we found a place last minute that worked for our family. Nice location right in downtown. Park near by. Thanks again

Leah (and Sophie) were both amazing hosts. I cannot wait to come back and visit. This location is very close to a plethora of food options; fast-food, dine-in, etc. The cafes nearby are wonderful, especially Onyx Coffee Lab. I came into Rogers for a concert at The Walmart Amp, and the drive was 2 exits away on the freeway, without traffic probably 4-5 minutes of driving, with traffic I’d say 7-8. The Airbnb itself was very clean, peaceful, easy check-in, and flexible at that. You have your own bedroom, closet space, and a full bathroom. The hallway leading to ‘your personal quarters’ is private as well. I 1000% recommend staying here whether you’re in town for a concert, or to enjoy nature, etc., it’s WELL worth your time and money. Not to mention a great deal. For the price you pay, you can’t beat that, AND the location.

Manuel was very attentive and responsive to questions we had on check in and during our stay. We had issues with the Wi-Fi, and Manuel was on top of getting it connected for us. There is plenty of room and the place is clean and comfortable. We had to take our daughter to breakfast in the morning, so we missed out on his offer to bring breakfast. I would definitely stay at Manuels place the next time we are in Fayetteville.

We enjoyed ourselves immensely just savoring the quiet and absorbing the beauty of nature. The deer walking right outside the window, the fall color, the hush of the woods. Even though it was cold and rainy, we were able to work in a walk to the lake in between. Greatly appreciated the recommendation for Havana's; it was absolutely delicious. There was a minor hiccup in the stay, but Jon did everything he could to ensure we were at ease. We had an amazing night's sleep and really enjoyed chatting with their son before we hit the road in the morning. We appreciate healthier choices in food, so breakfast was awesome, and, most of all, the excellent tea collection was an unexpected delight, especially considering the weather. Don't know when I've ever enjoyed tea as much! This is an absolutely great place to stay.

We loved staying here! It was very clean and great location. They even provide a small portable crib for infants.

Jeffrey’s place was great! It was in a good location in Rogers, making it easy to get anywhere throughout Northwest Arkansas. The apartment was very clean and organized and was a great overall space. Jeffrey was also very responsive and made the check-in/checkout process very easy. I definitely recommend this apartment for anyone coming up to Arkansas!

Close to the AMP for the concert we attended. Good location.

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

I booked this stay for colleagues, and they said it was absolutely wonderful. I appreciate the ease of checking in and out and thank the host for not needing too much communication on my end.

The Victoria is well located in Bentonville—near everything downtown and a 15 minutes walk to Crystal Bridges along a beautiful wooded trail. The Queen Anne suite was huge, bed comfortable, and the bathroom very well appointed with tub, shower and a huge closet. I didn’t take advantage of the pool and hot tub but they definitely looked inviting. I also had a great breakfast in the morning. Would gladly stay at The Victoria again in the future.

amazing visit! Checking in was super easy and the room was more then advertised. very friendly and cozy. was greeted with genuine smile. it's the perfect place to stay when visiting. super close walking distance from local downtown shops and restaurants
