Great, great location!! Right in the center of Bentonville, close to Roger’s and Fayetteville. Brooke’s house was extremely clean and free of clutter. The beds were super comfy and we slept like babies all 3 nights. The back porch was the perfect set up for us. The dogs were able to roam and have a great place to sniff around. The house was very dog friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We had a great experience.

Very nice place and perfect for our family! Would definitely stay again. One of the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed and we have stayed at a lot over the past several years. Manuel was very attentive and responsive to questions we had on check in and during our stay. We had issues with the Wi-Fi, and Manuel was on top of getting it connected for us. There is plenty of room and the place is clean and comfortable. We had to take our daughter to breakfast in the morning, so we missed out on his offer to bring breakfast. I would definitely stay at Manuels place the next time we are in Fayetteville.

I booked this stay for colleagues, and they said it was absolutely wonderful. I appreciate the ease of checking in and out and thank the host for not needing too much communication on my end.

This was our second stay at one of Jeffrey’s places and it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! Bed is super comfortable. Everything is super clean, very fresh and modern feel throughout the place. Having stayed in several places in the Bentonville area, I can say this one is in a league of its own. I would highly recommend it, don’t think twice!

Immaculate, spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment for our family of 5. Location and amenities were great. Host was very responsive as well. Definitely recommend booking this place!
