Super easy check in. Home was spotless and very cozy. The beds are extremely comfortable…so much so we checked the brand to consider buying. Furnished basement with entertainment area provided added space for visitors or bigger families. The best part of this home is the location to downtown parkville. We walked to restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops, the park and dog park in minutes. This is definitely one of the best Air B&B experiences we’ve had. We have family in Parkville and will definitely book to stay here again!

What a wonderful stay we had. The house is really great. Very clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay so much. The beds and furniture were so comfy. The kitchen is spacious and user friendly. Felt like home. I would definitely suggest this vacation rental to everyone when they are in the KC area.

Perfect location! Close enough to get to things downtown pretty quickly, but far enough away that it's quiet and peaceful. Jane was a great host with a very charming home. We have an older dog who needs medication several times a day so being accommodating to dogs meant everything to us and being able to bring her and her sister was a huge stress reliever. My girls loved playing in the backyard and saw lots of deer and birds. We came at the end of March, so the weather was pretty erratic - cold nights and hot days. The house is a little older, but the ac/heater work amazing! Within a few minutes the temperature was able to adjust accordingly and it made for a comfortable stay. This is definitely my new favorite spot to stay in Kansas City. Thanks for allowing us to stay, Jane! ❤️

Great place owned by the super host! Close to groceries/restaurant and quiet neighbourhood. Both Summer and Dustin respond quickly and are also very kind to accommodate our need. Highly recommended!

Super cozy home in Kansas City!

Michael’s house was the perfect place for our family and especially our doggies. The house is nicely decorated, outfitted and especially hospitable for dogs. The weather was crummy and we were in town for a funeral so didn’t spend a lot of time at the house but it had a covered patio area with BBQ pit and fenced backyard that would have been a great place to cook a meal and enjoy each other’s company on more of a leisure trip. Would definitely stay at this house again!

This was a great spot for my toddler and I to stay. Quiet neighborhood with a park within palling distance and a great walking trial. Short drive to many restaurants and Target. I would definitely stay here again. Extremely good deal as well! Just was responsive and kind.

The home was welcoming and thoughtfully decorated (cutest kitchen). Jayme’s recommendations were spot on. My friend and I had a wonderful experience at Westport Cafe & will for sure stay here again. ✨✨✨Thanks for the stay✨✨✨

The location was convenient and close to everything! The townhouse was well stocked and had amenities that we have not received in other rentals, like an amazing coffee/tea bar, snacks, supplies, etc. We enjoyed the outdoor furniture too! We will be back!

Emilee’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway and she was the perfect host. The house was clean and well stocked. We felt right at home. The neighborhood felt safe and it is not a far or difficult drive to get to anything in Kansas City. I would stay here again!

This is a great space and they accept pups to stay! We ended up not needing pup availability, but the house is perfect for your 4 legged companions. The space is clean, comfortable and peaceful. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house updates were well done, the area is easy to get to the things we wanted, and it was quiet and comfortable. The beds are great, but they are a firm mattress, the bedding is comfortable and they have USB ports for charging in the bedroom and diningroom. Sweet! The host was quick to respond and had a simple check in and out! I will definitely look at this house again for a stay.

Great place for the price! Kristin was very communicative and had good recommendations for the area. Plenty to walk to within 10 minutes and all of our Uber/Lyft rides elsewhere were under $10. Had some of the best food of our trip within walking distance. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something simple to get the job done!

Had to adjust our stay from our first booked trip due to a family death and the hosts were accommodating and understanding. Great people, clean and safe home, overall great experience!

Home was very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. We liked having 2 full bathrooms, and a private bedroom for each of us, 3 people stayed. Host was easy to communicate with, answered any questions we had, and got back to us quickly. The neighborhood was very peaceful, easy to find, and getting in and out to our event was easy. Would reccomend, and will be trying to stay there again in the future for future events in the area.

This was a wonderful stay in a great locale. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do, and there were plenty of walkable options for lunch while I was working during the day. We had a lovely time!

Great place to stay! Convenient to Kansas City and Lawrence.

We had to come to KC in an emergency, and even though we checked in at 3:30 AM, Lance was responsive and everything was ready to go when we arrived. We then had to extend our stay at the last minute and again, very responsive and easy to deal with. Very high recommendations!

The place was clean, calm, and just wonderful. We went right before Christmas and ms. Deb had put up a Christmas tree and that was wonderful because we were going to be opening gifts and it just set the mood right for my family. It’s those small touches that made this location stand out. Would highly recommend and I plan on staying again soon!

Susan was a gracious and accommodating hostess. She communicates well and is available for anything that may arise. The space provided ample room for our large family and was reasonably priced.
