Apartment vacation rentals in Kansas City

The apartment has amazing views of the city. It was a beautiful place to stay and close to the streetcar and all that downtown has to offer. I will definitely stay again next time I am in Kansas City.

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

From the moment I walked into Cheryl's place I knew I was in the right place. I loved everything about it. I was in Overland Park for a convention and ended up working long days. It was so nice to come home to such a peaceful and well-appointed space. The apartment is very spacious and has every thing you would ever need. It is within walking distance of downtown Overland Park, which is a lovely town with great places to eat and get coffee. Cheryl is a very friendly and attentive host. I loved that she cares about meeting her guests and I enjoyed my converstion with her and her husband. All around this apartment is a gem and I look forward to returning. Thank you Cheryl!

Great location and walkable to green spaces in KC. Loved having different places to relax in the space and very well kept and comfortable.

You CANNOT beat the location for the price. Overall this rental was exactly what we were looking for as far as being close to the river market but having a kitchen and try and save a bit instead of a hotel. We had some issues with cleanliness but they weren’t egregious and I got the impression that it was likely an accidental miss by the cleaners. A few things to note: the building is historic and not only are there stairs plentiful but they are steep and a little uneven. It was fine (if a workout) but if you have any mobility issues at all, friend this one isn’t for you. Also, the building is primarily an office building and directly below is an office that had people working at 9am on Saturday and when I say that I could hear every word they said from my bed I am not exaggerating but ironically the street was super quiet most of the time. Lastly, either ask for extra towels or bring your own bc they give you a minimum and no toiletries. For the money it was ultimately great for us!

Mary Graces listing is probably one of the best, if not the best AirBnb I have stayed in. She was very friendly, and responsive. The unit is a FROG or Full Residence over Garage, but had all the amenities of an apartment. Comfortable couch, big television, good AC, stocked kitchen, and comfy bed (on the softer side, but that's what I like). Bathroom was the crown jewel, I'm envious of the shower head, and amazing water pressure, my Son enjoyed taking baths in the deep tub. Mary was very sweet and even sent us local recommendations of things to do. If you're visiting Worlds of Fun, you can't get any closer, don't think twice just book!

The Park House was a wonderful place to stay. We were in room 4 which is at the top of the 4th floor. There is no elevator but at 80, I still was okay getting up, and down for that matter. The room was worth the hike up the stairs. It was large, comfortable, very clean. There is a train that goes by that is less than a block away and it does blow its whistle all night HOWEVER, you are provided ear plugs which worked well enough to block the sound. During the night the train does a quiet "toot toot" so it does not bother you. There is a great coffee house right across the street from the Park House with excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches and some sweets. Even with being on the main street there is little street noise and even with the train we will DEFINETLY make the Park House our place to stay when in Kansas City. Loved it.

Sister spa weekend - our stay was fabulous! Style of place was very cute, large and comfortable for two people. Very reasonable price. Very easy checkin and checkout. Great local shops, restaurants and people. Hope to do this trip again sometime.

This will be our first choice if we go back to Kansas City!

The apartment was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. It’s a 2 block walk to The Plaza which has so much to do and is a great area to walk around. Street parking was very easy right in front of the building. I would absolutely stay here if I come back to Kansas City!

This place was amazing. The town so cozy and comfortable. River trails were spectacular.

Angie was a great host and the apartment was just as described. My wife and I had a very comfortable stay there and would stay again if we ever need a place for a night or two in KC!

Needed to book last minute and this place was great! Cute, clean studio basement spot. Easy access and tucked into a quiet neighborhood area. He had a video with instructions prior to arrival to show the house and parking and the self check-in, keyless entry. I’ll definitely stay again in the future!

The space was absolutely beautiful and clean. Rachel was friendly, helpful, responsive and thoughtful. We didn’t hear any of the neighbors. There was plenty to do, parks nearby where we could walk, and the amenities were nice. There is a grocery store within walking distance. We would definitely come back next time.

This place is absolutely beautiful! Take a step back in time with all the luxuries of today. It is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. A really different atmosphere that was fun to stay in.

Ashley is the host you want when things go wrong in an Airbnb. The AC was busted the first day we checked in, but she had someone come out and repair within 24 hours, I would highly recommend this AirBnB for KC.

Very nice and comfortable stay. Bed is comfortable had great water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is stocked with what we needed. Will stay here again if we come back for any reason.

This is a cute and quaint little place. Close to KC to go anywhere, but away from the busy and noise of the city. We had a wonderful stay!
