This large and comfortable 2bd 2ba home is close to everything. Lovely with hardwood floors throughout, 1750 sq. ft., 2 living areas, a large kitchen and dining room, and a spacious backyard, you will have plenty of space to relax. If you're a runner or a cyclist, this house is located right off the South Creek Greenway. Minutes from downtown, MSU, both hospitals, and Bass Pro. This is a solid stone 1920 gas station that has been converted into a tiny house. It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a full size bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.
