Charming historic bungalow located just outside of the buzz of downtown Tulsa. Enjoy the perks of staying in a comfy house yet still having quick access to activities of downtown & access to the IDL (inner downtown loop highway) less than a mile away. This one bedroom house has a front porch, full bath, Wi-Fi, smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, dedicated workspace, shelves of books to enjoy and a fenced in back yard.
