House vacation rentals in Tulsa

We knew being in downtown Tulsa the area had the potential to be sketchy. While there were some questionable areas near, we never ever felt unsafe or bothered! The house is quaint and peaceful! Everything was cleaned immaculately & so cute inside! 10/10 recommend!!

TLDR: Great location, check list for check out super easy. MB bed is a hard mattress, the two queen beds felt softer. Master bath small shower, 2nd bath low counters. I needed a last minute place to stay while I said a final good bye to a family member. Sarah’s place was close to where my family member was and available. I’ve found recently that AirBnBs aren’t as competitive price wise as hotels. Sarah’s is priced perfectly!! She got it ready for me as I was flying in from Texas. I got to watch the midtown bunnies playing in the back yard, my kiddo tried to “pet them and be friends,” they were not having it. 😂 It’s nice to see people keeping the nostalgic midtown bungalows. Thanks for a great stay during a trying time.

Very clean, not far from the highway. We have family less than a mile away and will def return to this location.

Actually, it was very high up on the list for all the Airbnb's that I have stayed at. I have two autistic children, and she was very accepting of them and she was very good at communicating with us when we needed to speak with her. Everything was very clean, including the carpet, which was very fluffy too. The backyard was totally fenced in and the storm blew down a section of the fence and she had it fixed right away. There was a shower and a nice deep tub with fancy candle's surrounding it in the master bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked up for anything you could need.. and the kids were really happy there being able to go out in the backyard when they wanted to run around without the issue of them getting out or over the fence. She had lovely decorations and collections of things that were in really good condition, but you could also tell they've been around for a long time . It was very roomy and a very cozy place.

Good stay! Enjoyed being close to cherry street and how close it is to downtown. Definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, quiet, and an all around great stay. We stopped in out our way out of state and on our way back. Perfect place for my family of 4 to take a travel break.

Would highly recommend this Airbnb. Plenty of outdoor space and the pool is large with a volleyball net. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. This is the perfect house for your next family vacation.

If you’re looking for something that is actually clean, this is it. Absolutely spotless, smelled great, not a crumb in sight lol. Jessica was very responsive and helpful. House was very cozy with plenty of space and beds. Neighborhood was extremely quiet!

Came in town for a wedding & this was the perfect spot for our family! Even got to enjoy some R&R in the hot tub. Great space & rooms are very spacious!

Honestly one of the more professional Air Bnbs I’ve ever stayed at. You can tell Troy put time, effort, and care into this place. It has EVERYTHING. Stocked with supplies, a freaking treadmill which was of amazing use to us (bodybuilders), clear directions, everything labeled etc. I was extremely impressed with this place. Only less positive comment, and no fault of Troy’s, is if you’re a light sleeper sleep towards the back of the house. The birds will have you up at 5am and have a symphony all morning. Also neighbors have extremely undisciplined dogs. I slept towards the back of the house following the first night and had no issues.

Tracy, I can’t thank you enough for your amazing hospitality. Your lake home is one of a kind and sets beautifully, and oh those sunsets…wow! You very always so quick to respond, even while you were in another country, that’s unheard of! You gave me your word and stood by it through and through. That’s one of the best characters a person can have!! Your brother was awesome and did an amazing job with the hot tub and was quick to be right over. We had a great stay! This was a perfect house for us and 3 kids to visit the Gathering Place for a few days. We didn't really spend much time at the house but it was exactly how it's pictured. It's close to lots of great restaurants! small disclaimer- the neighborhood felt safe and we were close to a lot of great stuff. We have 3 small kids (4 and under) and at one point a man did knock on the door at 8:30p.m. and when we answered it wasn't clear what he was there for. They do have security cameras and he never returned. There is nothing the owners could have done differently, it just made me a little nervous. The owner did respond immediately and everything else was perfectly smooth!

Convenient location to the places we were visiting. Lots of room for our group. Host was responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

It was a great place to stay. I would love to come back here again. The place was clean and organized. I loved how they have hot water, cuz after a long day of getting there, a nice hot shower to end the night felt great. Everything was working fine, I didn't have any problems during the stay. I also loved how they have everything provided there, I didn't need to go buy trash bags or paper towels. Checking in and out was easy and went smoothly. The host was kind and friendly. Neighborhood was pretty quiet. The backyard was nice and pretty spacious. I would recommend this place for small group gatherings.

Loved our stay! place is exactly as described. Nathan was very friendly and went the extra mile to be of help when an issue arose. House is spacious! Loved that all the rooms had TVs. There were even a few games/puzzles available. Nathan maintenance the pool while we were there as it was beautiful weather for relaxing in the pool. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here in Broken Arrow. The hosts were extremely accommodating and kind to us. The house is in a quiet and safe area which was important for us. It’s also very close to downtown area and the airport. It’s a great place to relax after long days of exploring the area since it’s close to Tulsa. Thank you again for everything!! ☺️

There was 6 of us on this trip, the house was a perfect size. Upstairs is the bedroom with a King bed and bathroom, walk out onto a patio that was nice. The other upstairs bedroom has a queen bed. The 3rd bedroom was downstairs with a queen bed. 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds and a chair that opens to a twin bed. All bedrooms had large closets. The kitchen has a nice selection of pots, pans and dishes. The pantry had oils and spices which was nice. Our trip was in April so not the season for the pool. The backyard is private with lots of big trees. The area was nice and we felt safe and secure. Easy to get around Tulsa from here.

Loved the house. Space was great for family plus grandparents and in laws. It was great sitting poolside having a chat or eating. Quiet location and great for getting quickly to BOK Center and Aquarium.
