Condo vacation rentals in Bentonville

We had a fantastic stay at the suites in spring street! Enjoy the patio and hot tub - perfect location, we spent two days walking the hills of eureka and never had to move our car - loved it!

My only complaint is this place is BETTER THAN WHAT THEY SAID! The layout was perfect for 2 people. The location was quiet and private but a convenient walk to everything downtown and an easy drive to every where else. Aspen was super helpful and responsive. The place was perfectly homey and not cluttered. Well equipped and laid out. The jacuzzi and fire place outside was divinely perfect to end a day of walking and sightseeing. This is perfect place for a loving couple, like honeymoon,or like if, a girls weekend getaway!

What a beautiful spot! A piece of history with historical charm but updated enough to have a super comfortable stay. You are very walkable to downtown for shops, restraunts and anything you need. Would definitely stay here again!

It’s not very often that you travel and state a place that feels like home. This place felt like home from the moment we open the door till the moment we closed it for the last time this was an awesome property and we will be back.

I would highly recommend Aspens place! First- it’s very clean and comfortable! Set up for a short or long stay. You are far enough from the strip that when it’s time for bed it’s nice and quiet. But close enough you can park you car here and walk all over town. Just down the street and around two corners and you are in the heart of all the stores and restaurants. Second- Aspen is an amazing host. Very good at communicating instructions and very personable. The trip we made down to Eureka was for a special reason and Aspens place was just perfectly fitting for us!

Traveled through with my kids. It was a great place to stay. The back porch was nice to sit and drink my morning coffee with the sound of birds on the near by trees. Easy to walk to down town from. Felt out of the way from all the downtown stuff but close enough. It was a very nice and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely look to see if this place was available again if I am passing through and need a place to stay.

Pictures and description are accurate. The hot tub was great. You can walk down to the water. We used the paved walking path which was great. Kitchen has most everything that you need.

Very easy to get to all the best parts of Bentonville. The place is extremely clean and as described. Comfy bed and big bathroom. Host promptly communicates.

Perfect place to stay in Bentonville. Walkable to the restaurants and shopping but in a quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.

Great host and place to stay!

Condo was lovely. Lots of local parks, bike trails. Easy drive to Bentonville and areas. Enjoyed morning coffee watching many different birds on the bird feeders off balcony and pretty view of golf course. So pretty in the mornings with frost all over. Very happy with condo and Michael very great host and helpful, would visit again anytime

We had a very nice time in Bentonville. This condo was perfect. Great location and very clean. It had everything we needed.

Great place - the disturbance of other guest and pets if looking for quiet place look closely.

Fathers Day Weekend My dad and I stayed here for the weekend and absolutely loved it. The Airbnb was clean, cozy and super comfortable just right for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better lots to do nearby and so much of it is walkable which made exploring very easy and fun. The area felt safe and charming and the host was great with communication. We had a wonderful day and would definitely come back.

Great place! We stayed for the weekend to attend a baseball tournament at Memorial Park. Loved this place! Comfy beds, everything we needed, clean, easy check in, good location. We will stay again.

Great place and location. We were here for our son’s wedding and this was exactly what we needed for the week.

We enjoyed our 4th of July Weekend at Tera's place! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make a few quick meals. The kids appreciated the games & thought the Murphy bed was the coolest bed ever. There were so many extras from smores for the fire pit & a basket of toiletries if you happen to forget something! We only used the pool one night, but it was so nice to have access to upon arrival and a non-lake day. The proximity to Big M can't be beat, our boys loved feeding the turtles and they have a restaurant, ice cream, boat ramp & boat rentals. We had an amazing time - thank you Tera for sharing your place.

We had a great stay at The Hub. There was a lot to do nearby and the games indoors were great for the rainy days. Everything was beautifully clean, and Deana was a great host.

This is such a great spot. Couldn’t be more centrally located on Dickson St. Had all the amenities you need while staying away from home. I would happily book again!!

Loved the vibe of this stay! It’s not far from the university but hidden enough you don’t get all the noise. Or the mattress was so comfortable I slept much harder than usual…either way it’s a win win!

The host was 10/10! She was absolutely amazing! The location was superb and conveniently located in the middle of all the action (yet private and secure). Perfect for our daughter’s college orientation! We loved listening to the piano bar across the street from the balcony. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the host and accommodations! We will definitely be back! One of our favorite Airbnb’s! Highly recommend!

Perfect place for short weekend getaway. Location was a short walk from downtown, which was perfect. Less than a quarter mile, which, with the parking/driving issues, very helpful. Pictures were spot on. Would absolutely stay there again!!!!
