2 Bedroom charmer on the Park.

Spacious and convenient to everything St Louis city has to offer. Directly across from Tower Grove park. A farmers market every Saturday morning, many events scheduled at this park throughout the year. Food truck Fridays for example. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. 5 miles from downtown. This is a first floor unit with another on the second floor, its an old building with hardwood floors, when there are guest upstairs you will hear them. there are Rugs to soften the sound.
