The space
Masia Pairal is a 17th Century Manor House set within 4000m2 of cured established grounds, yet only minutes away from Sitges beaches. It can comfortably accommodate up to 22 guests with many different spaces to relax and socialise.
You can escape to many different terraces or to our unique and cozy Balinese gazebo to relax with others or just to take a moment for yourself.
It is the perfect villa for family and friends, or for an offsite meeting.
The venue has a fine balance of antique elements combined with modern comforts.
The 4.000m2 Mediterranean garden is abundant in olive trees, palms trees, cypresses and aloe vera plants. The atmosphere transmits a feeling of serenity and tranquility. It is the perfect place for families and friends to enjoy time together in an intimate setting to bond together. Parties and events are strictly not allowed.

The rental quote does NOT include:
• Government tourist tax: 2,00€ pp and per night (since May 2025) (max. 7 nights for all adults over 17 years old) + 10% VAT

• Extra beds (40,00€ pp and per night + VAT)
Before your arrival, we ask for a refundable deposit of 2.000€ in case of damages, to be paid in cash, credit card (pay-gold) or by bank transfer. The damage deposit will be refunded by wire transfer within 2 weeks after check out.
In case of damages caused to the property, the cost of repair will be deducted from the deposit.
The damage deposit sum might vary according to the length and purpose of stay.
Please inform for shorter stays, long-term stays, small groups, and other change-over days, as well as photoshoots, filming and other special requests.
