Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or a maximum of three couples can be accommodated. Sheets, bed linens and bath towels provided. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The gîte (110 m2) is an old winegrower's house completely renovated in 2018.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

Perched on the heights of the hill Genès de Castillon, you will contemplate beautiful sunsets on the Saint-Émilion bell tower (8 min drive) and its millennial vineyards. Former pheasant aviary, very recently restored, you will have at your disposal a 40 m2 terrace with a breathtaking view, a very large 45 m2 living room (a sofa + a single bed) and a spacious 14 m2 bedroom (a 160 cm double bed).

You will enjoy many nature activities (hiking, mountain biking, cyclotourism, water sports, golf, horseback riding...) and major tourist sites of the Dordogne. At the heart of the Bordeaux vineyard you can also visit prestigious castles and taste their production. We offer weekly rentals in mid-week formula.

The house has two large bedrooms with king size beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed and a sofa bed.
