We were very well received by David and Christophe. Their house is very charming and clean. The common room is very well equipped and convenient if you want to stay and eat on site. The rooms are spacious and very well decorated. Breakfast is hearty with choice. A must-see step.

Being Americans, finding hosts who speak English can be difficult. However Marine’s understanding of the English language was better than many. Additionally, she was kind, easy-going, responsive, engaging, and had suggestions about where to eat, places to go, and so on. She even helped me a little with my French. We loved the room and the courtyard and would 100% return. Highly recommend!

Linda and Alex's villa is in a beautiful & peaceful location, it has a fantastic swimming pool and beautiful gardens with lots of things to do – table tennis, swimming, boules, & relaxing 😌 The area is wonderful with lots of River swimming and beautiful towns all within a 10/15 minute drive We will definitely be returning

I stayed here during my internship in Bordeaux. The room was exactly as expected and really clean. Florence was beyond kind. From lending me a bike to helping me practice my French, to giving me a hand with my luggage, Florence made sure I was well-taken care of. She was an attentive host and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Christophe is a welcoming host. His flat is beautifully decorated. Easy to get to trams. I would definitely stay at Christophe's place again. First time in Bordeaux. What an awesome destination for sightseeing and food! We arrived, my 2 sons and I, on motorcycles earlier than expected and were hosted very well by Odile. The motorcycles were parked in the garage. We ate the Périgord menu prepared by Odile which was excellent, quantity and quality. We slept well, the bedding is comfortable. Breakfast was perfect too. Thanks Odile

Muriel and Jef are wonderful hosts. Welcoming and helpful but never too much. Their place combines homey touches and all that one needs in a stay. I would absolutely return.

Another great and very pleasant stay at Danielle's who, as always, gave me a simple and very warm welcome. Breakfast overlooking their garden is one of the most beautiful things there is. I can't wait to go back to Bordeaux, and I already know where I'll be staying: at Danielle's.

Really appreciated the room across the courtyard as it was separate and private. Bathroom was still close by and was clean and spacious. B&B location was excellent for the tram and the included breakfast was a wonderful way to start the day.

Looking for a quiet room, look no further. You have found it. Muriel is a very nice person who knows how to make you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive. The accommodation is very well connected to go to the heart of Bordeaux. No problem finding a place, too.

Everything went well, pleasant stay.

We had a very pleasant stay at Claude and Christine's place. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The fact that we could buy cold beer when we arrived was great for us cyclists. The breakfast was lovely with a lot of homemade products. We can highly recommend staying with them.

The accommodation is very well located, in a quiet area and close to public transport which makes access to the center of Bordeaux easy. The bedding is very good and Claude's welcome is charming.

Our stay in this beautiful historic and superbly renovated home went very well. Our host Sabine was very attentive to us, she was very attentive and ensured our comfort at her home. We would highly recommend her place and would happily stay there again.

What a gem! Our stay at Le Coustal was everything we could have wanted and more. Lynne and Paul were so warm, welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need. The home and grounds are beautiful and full of history. Breakfast was delicious. We hope to make it back again some day!

Couldn’t have asked for better hosts staying with John and Janet. Friendly, welcoming and helpful with a brilliant breakfast provided each day, beautiful surroundings, nice chats and use of the pool. The living area was spotless and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wedding locally and it was a great base just outside the village. Our only very minor suggestion would be whether a mini fridge could be provided to save us disturbing the hosts by asking to use their fridge fairly often, but all in all it was a perfect stay. Thank you so much, we hope we’ll be back and will recommend to friends and family wanting a relaxing stay in the Dordogne!
