Brilliant option for a base to explore this region. Emilie and Nicholas were fabulous hosts, the room and house were delightful - so tranquil and comfortable. It was lovely coming “home” to our room in the chateau after a busy day exploring the region. So much to do and see in this area. But waking up to a crisp October morning and having breakfast (all local produce - yum!) overlooking vineyards as far as the eye can see was surreal for us and quiet breathtaking. Best stay we’ve had so far in our 3 month Europe adventure.

Très beau logement indépendant, avec sa salle de bain. L'environnement est vraiment paisible et Véronique est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux. Le logement se situe vraiment au calme, à 4kms de Saint Symphorien environ, perdu dans la nature.

I stayed here during my internship in Bordeaux. The room was exactly as expected and really clean. Florence was beyond kind. From lending me a bike to helping me practice my French, to giving me a hand with my luggage, Florence made sure I was well-taken care of. She was an attentive host and went the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. Highly recommend!

Nous sommes arrivés, mes 2 fils et moi-même, à motos plus tôt que prévu et avons été tres bien accueillis par Odile. Les motos ont été garées dans le garage. Nous avons mangés le menu périgourdin préparé par Odile qui était excellent, quantité et qualité. Nous avons bien dormi, la literie est confortable. Le petit-déjeuner était parfait lui aussi. Merci Odile

En déplacement professionnel, Nadia a été très accueillante et compréhensive. Le lieu est calme et reposant. La maison est facile d'accès, chambre confortable, stationnement facile et pratique.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjours dans cette belle demeure girondine et j'y retournerai ! L'emplacement du logement est bien situé pour les amateurs de vins (a proximité de saint emilion), très propre, cosy....on s'y sent bien ! un cadre intimiste et familial, au calme avec la piscine dans le jardin. Elie, est une gentillesse incroyable et prépare de copieux petits déjeuner (confitures maison, fruits frais...) :) Je recommande ce logement :)

Thank you SO much for such an amazing time staying in the room. The location was perfect for being close to everything! Everything was walkable and the room was so spacious and clean! AND the breakfast was also amazing. Thank you again such a great experience!

Super séjour chez Gaelle. Nous avons passé un moment agréable, paisible et en toute tranquillité. Gaëlle est une hôte très réactif et surtout très accueillante. Elle prend le temps de bien tout nous expliquer et elle est dans une bienveillance pour que votre séjour se passe à la perfection. Le logement est parfait, décoré avec amour, très moderne et fonctionnel. Le jacuzzi est propre et abrité en cas de pluie, ce qui est un vrai plus. Les planches ainsi que les cocktails de bienvenue sont incroyable, un vrai régal pour les yeux également. Si vous voulez passez un moment en toute intimité, dans un environnement paisible et que vous avez besoin de détente, n’hésitez pas, allez chez Gaëlle ! Nous avons passé un court séjour chez Martine et Norbert, très charmants et très accueillants dans une propriété privée avec un grand jardi arboré et fleurie, un lieu très calme et reposant. Le petit déjeuner était très copieux avec des produits frais et faits maison délicieux. Un grand à Martine et Norbert pour leur accueil et gentillesse. A recommander sans hésiter

We had a wonderful stay with Joy and Alex (and Hero and Coco). From the lead up to the visit where Joy was incredibly helpful with directions to our arrival which was incredibly welcoming we were delighted with the lead up to our stay. The Pigonnier is set in a picturesque location and is a great size for a couple to share. Breakfast next to the pool each morning was a particular highlight and Joy was wonderfully accomodating with our visit around a wedding that we were attending. We would absolutely recommend staying here for a great base for visiting the local area.

magnifique nuit en amoureux dans ce havre de paix. Maëlle est présente dès que nous en avions besoin et comme une petite souris qu'on ne voit pas. nous avions pris une planche de charcuterie fromage parfaite. très bon rapport qualité prix magnifique logement, ainsi que les équipements/baignoire/douche/lit/jaccuzi. bref parfait 🙏

Our 1 night stay with Gaby and Werner was just wonderful! We could have easily have stayed a few nights longer if time would have permitted. The B and B is located in a beautiful location, the house is nothing short of stunning, we really appreciated the history of the home and the fact Gaby and Werner were happy to explain the history of the home. The house is so warm, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We opted to enjoy the 3 course meal, wow, the quality of the food and wine was first class. We loved meeting Kiki the dog and the four cats, makes it so homely. The absolute best part for us was the conversations we enjoyed with Gaby and Werner, such kind and friendly people. We recommend this B and B, try to stay more than one night!

Le logement est très bien situé, dans un quartier calme et à proximité des transports en commun ce qui rend l'accès au centre de Bordeaux facile. La literie est très bonne et l'accueil de Claude charmant.

Notre sejour, dans cette belle demeure historique et superbement renovee, s'est tres bien deroule. Notre hote Sabine a ete aux petits soins pour nous, elle a ete tres attentionnee et a veille a notre confort chez elle. Nous recommendons vivement son logement et y sejournerions de nouveau avec plaisir.

Ich hatte einen wunderschönen, zu kurzen, Aufenthalt bei Nadine und Gilbert. Die beiden sind wundervolle Gastgeber und ich habe mich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft bietet genau das, was man sich erhofft, ein perfekter Ort zur Erholung. Auch das Frühstück war super. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
