However, when you walk about 50 feet, through the gate, on the side of and past the main house, you will be next to the beach and can watch the sunset over Lummi Bay on Gooseberry Point in relaxed Whatcom County.

Our cozy second floor studio offers the unique experience of staying overnight in the bustling village of Edison, in scenic Skagit Valley. Enjoy a private entrance and deck, offering the most amazing views of the Edison Slough and the San Juan Islands. A perfect stay for cyclists, birders, creative retreaters, romantic get-aways, foodies and road trippers. Curl up in the bay window and watch swans and eagles and the slough tide go in and out. Monday through Friday check-in only.

Our thoughtfully equipped waterfront mini guesthouse is just steps away from our beachfront on the Guemes Island. Located on the scenic western shore of the island, you can enjoy extraordinary sunsets, panoramic island views, miles of beach combing, and abundant wildlife. Our mini guesthouse, "The Seldom Inn" measuring 12 ft. x 14 ft. in size, is approximately 150 feet from our private beach and is located behind our main home.
