The Gite (*** 98 m2 apartment for up to 5 people) offers secluded privacy with its private covered terrace and garden. It kept its rural style and has a magnificent view on the surrounding countryside. Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, a room with 3 single beds, a shared shower room and toilet. This family home, partly from the 17th century, is an old water mill. It is located in a small hamlet in the countryside between Périgord and Quercy. The outdoor spaces are large, with a small pond nearby. The lush surrounding nature, the terrace and courtyard area offer a soothing cocoon, between the old golden stones of the buildings and the greenery of the trees, under the blue sky, meditative walk, relaxing, calm, gentle, punctuated by the sound of the water.

Old sheepfold in a dominant position adjacent to the holm oak loop, a few minutes walk from the village of Roque-Gageac. Enjoy a superb view of the Dordogne Valley at the edge of the forest. Inside, a large living room, two attic bedrooms, shower room, toilet, then a second part kitchen/dining room and upstairs, bedroom, shower room/toilet. Outside, a large covered terrace, a swimming pool hugging the contours of the cliff and the holm oak forest.
