This beautiful gite is a "home from home" experience where you can enjoy exploring the Dordogne and Lot regions. Close to Puy L'eveque and Prayssac. Our adult only gite complex provides you with 17 acres of private peaceful surroundings. We are nestled in a tranquil valley close to a bustling village on the banks of the Lot river. Our gites are an easy drive to the Dordogne. Your self catering accommodation is situated in a small complex with three gites, allowing you to unwind and relax.

The small gîte

Pretty detached stone house at the end of a small private hamlet in an 8-hectare estate surrounded by nature. The accommodation comprises a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a living room with wood-burning stove and a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a private terrace with views over the countryside. Access to the shared swimming pool (without fence or lock) overlooking the meadow and forest for total relaxation. Please note: in July/August, bookings from Saturday to Saturday only.

This comfortable accommodation will seduce you with its neat decoration, its private HOT TUB will be appreciated after long visits, its location to explore Sarlat, the beautiful villages, the Dordogne valley, its castles and all the must-see sites. You are very welcome at our farmhouse. The farm is in a quiet and rural location. The property is suitable for 9 people and has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living room and a cozy kitchen diner. Outside there is a covered veranda with barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a beautiful garden with a playground, a private swimming pool and a hottub.
