Monthly Rentals in Los Padres National Forest

Such a nice calming place. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Pots, pans, and spices. My partner is 6’9 and I’m 5’10 and we fit on the bed and we’re comfortable. Loved the outside sitting area. Was a quiet neighborhood which I appreciated. Easy check in process. I want that back splash in the kitchen and the shower.

Mike is just great!! Everywhere is within 15 min driving, including SB downtown and Montecito. A Wholefood nearby as well.

We stayed here for two months and absolutely loved it. The location is amazing—just a 20–30 minute walk to downtown, and the neighborhood is stunning. My partner and I travel full-time, and this space was perfect for a couple. We especially enjoyed our daily afternoon walks—such a peaceful, beautiful area. Brett and Mary were wonderful hosts—super lovely and easy to communicate with. Everything was smooth from start to finish. Would definitely stay again!

From start to finish, the Studio was fantastic. Kevin even cleaned out a place behind the stairs to the studio where I could park my bike safely. All the appointments, from furniture to bathroom to kitchen dishes, from bed and bedding to couch to chairs, were well thought out and comfortable. I felt by completely safe. Kevin and Jaime were very punctual and helpful when i needed a little help. I would come back anytime. It’s a super place.
