Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lombard Street Reservoir

I appreciated that the space didn’t feel cheap/just trying to make money (felt like there was intent behind the furniture and design/ambiance). Very comfortable, quiet, and peaceful (except you do hear upstairs neighbors occasionally because of the thin floors). Felt very safe and easily accessible to other areas, stores, anything needed, as well as a great park. Hosts were very friendly when we met and I have no doubt in their responsiveness to address any issues (although there were none!) Great spot, I would definitely book again. Thanks again for a wonderful space!

I am so grateful for my stay in Dylan And Alex's place! It was clean, safe, quiet, easy to check in, and easy to check out. I was able to walk everywhere - grocery, restaurants, and all types of stores within walking distance. Dylan and Alex are so friendly and proactive to be helpful. We had a wonderful stay! Toni and Philip were so kind and helpful. The apartment was perfect for my spouse, myself, and 17 month old. There are great restaurants within walking distances and perfect access to different sites around SF. We stay at a lot of AirBnb’s and this was a great experience. We hope to return. The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

Emma was extremely responsive and very pleasant and kind to deal with. She had helpful photos of the home and where to enter, including door codes, as well as helpful labels throughout the home! I was impressed with her organization and response time! The fridge went out while we were there, despite being brand new, and Emma refunded us for the groceries we bought that went bad, which I was very happy with. I did think there were two beds in the one bedroom based on the photos, but realized if I had paid more attention I would have known it was the same bed with different blankets. This photo did throw me off. Otherwise, the home is very much as advertised. The area is very safe and walkable with a gorgeous park across the street with lots to do, and great access to multiple forms of transportation. It is also within half an hour of the Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, China Town, and other tourist attractions. We had a fantastic trip and would love to come back!

Arron was the perfect host. He was proactive with information and also quick to reply. He went out of his way to accommodate our stay and make sure all went well so we could enjoy our trip as much as possible. The place was very clean and conveniently located to the stadium. Arron offered to store our luggage after we checked out so we could still do activities before our flight. We also booked his transportation services to the airport. He was punctual and pleasant, and we arrived in plenty of time for our travel. Arron set the bar high for our future travel and we would stay here again without hesitation.

We enjoyed Heather’s bnb so very much, we plan on staying there every time we come to the Bay Area. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, well provisioned kitchen, lovely and lush green patio. It may be that we stayed on a special holiday, Thanksgiving, but Heather made us a plate of fantastic chocolate chip cookies! Who could ask for more? Thank you, we loved it!

I can not say enough about how rejuvinating it was to stay at Matt's stunning home in Mill Valley. Our ONLY regret was that we did not stay for long enough. Matt is extremely kind, open and responsive. Waking up in the trees, taking a dip in the tub with morning coffee, and watching the deer walk by was our favorite past time. We took afternoon walks along the tree lined trail right in the back yard which was an incredible perk. Once you are there, you never truly never want to leave. The beds are extremely comfortable, water pressure is great and the home is stocked with all the amenities you might need. We stopped at Whole Foods on our way in to stock up for the first few meals --- we were so glad we did that and highly recommend. The house is located up the winding roads and then 100 stairs to climb up, but that is what makes it the spectaular experience it is. We can't wait to get back. Thank you, Matt!

Excellent, amazing area. This apt is a perfect spot to crash in for affordable lodging in Marina. Better option than the hotels in that area unless you want to overpay. Everything in walking distance.

I don’t even think there are words to describe just how peaceful and romantic this place is. We arrived after driving over 3 hrs from Carmel (where we stayed first) and within 15 minutes we were in the hot tub. The bed was super comfortable as well. But the best part of the stay was just going outside and seeing all the beautiful trees and all the areas to sit and enjoy just being there. I never imagined I could stay somewhere like here lol and to do it on my honeymoon was just perfect. We had everything we needed to make ourselves breakfast in the kitchen and also to grill some steaks outside. I had one tiny question the whole time and the host replied immediately. I would definitely heed the warnings if you aren’t from the area or used to driving mountain roads to arrive during daylight. The single lane road there can be a bit difficult the first time getting there. But way worth it! Mill Valley is a beautiful town but you’ll really have no reason to leave once you get here lol

We really enjoyed our stay (2 adults). The home was exactly as described, cozy and clean. Leticia and her family are great hosts. We didn’t rent a car, it was a marathon weekend & decided against it. Lots of ride shares available. Area is walkable just consider those San Fran hills! Bed & linens were comfy, the pull out in the living room is good for a young person. We felt safe walking around, area is easy to navigate. Short walk to Golden Gate park & the museums inside was a plus. Thanks again for a fun stay!

Quintessential San Francisco experience. Super comfortable bed and pillows too! Parking is a little tricky and the stairs are tricky if you have bad knees, but otherwise it’s a fabulous place.

My daughter and I just spent four nights at this outstanding Airbnb. The location is not to be beat, the outdoor living area is beyond phenomenal for San Francisco and the home is spacious and beautiful and well stocked. The area feels and is very safe and absolutely lovely. Was wonderful to have access to the cable cars right at the corner. Ray was so helpful and responsive and shared so much wonderful information. This was truly beyond our expectations and I highly recommend this wonderful place! Thank you to such amazing hosts for helping make our vacation all that much better!

The home was beautiful, clean, and relaxing to stay in! We also enjoyed the central location of the Mission, which had lots of fun things to do nearby. I highly recommend staying here!

The house is very suitable for families, the surrounding facilities are complete, and it is quiet in the middle of the bustle. The only regret is that parking is a little inconvenient.

We had a fantastic time. The view was second to none, with easy access to the beach and restaurants. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Great coffee shop within walking distance (albeit with a decent hill). We happened to stay when whales were just off the coast and saw them from the shore. Could not have asked for a better day. For those with mobility issues - you do need to climb about 10 narrow steps to get to the tram, which lets you skip the rest of the stairs. But there is no way around those first steps. Would absolutely come back.

Had a great stay at Carly & Allies home. The sisters are fantastic at communicating and made very clear instructions. The beds were very comfortable and the area is very walkable. Also some great restaurants were near by. Had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you for making a home away from home.

Really wonderful experience all around. Our hosts were so kind, proactive, and gracious; and the apartment was perfectly clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had absolutely zero issues with noise or privacy, and were always able to find street parking relatively nearby. We also really appreciated the host's recommendations about restaurants and local things to do. We were traveling with our 8 month old, and the hosts were able to provide us with a travel crib and high chair. Would absolutely stay again!

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.
