Please note, access to the house requires a climb up roughly 200 stairs, if an issue, this is NOT the house for you.

Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

This studio has gets lots of light in the morning and is peaceful with the view of Mission Dolores Church in the background. It’s about 280 square feet. You can’t beat the location and privacy. You also have direct access to a common shared garden. It’s a perfect place to come home to after working in the city or exploring. The location is the best. You don’t need a car when you stay here. It has a living room (with queen-size wallbed), a bedroom, kitchenette, a private patio, backyard and full laundry facilities. Everything you need is at your fingertips including easy local transit. Free street parking is available. If your car is small, my driveway is available as well.
