It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The land is common to our house but the buildings are far enough away and the small house is completely independent. The place is a haven of peace and is close to small uncrowded beaches, the Fier d'Ars and one of the wildest parts of the island, while remaining accessible and close to the village center...
