In the charming village of Loix, we rent our 75m2 outbuilding with 2 bedrooms, terrace and south-facing garden. The land is common to our house but the buildings are far enough away and the small house is completely independent. The place is a haven of peace and is close to small uncrowded beaches, Pier d 'Ars and one of the most wild parts of the island, while remaining accessible and close to the village center...

It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

Parking is free and bike paths are nearby. Ideal for 4 people, I can accommodate 5 people, with either an extra baby bed (baby bed) or an extra bed in the living room.
