This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

In the charming village of Loix, we rent our 75m2 outbuilding with 2 bedrooms, terrace and south-facing garden. The land is common to our house but the buildings are far enough away and the small house is completely independent. The place is a haven of peace and is close to small uncrowded beaches, Pier d 'Ars and one of the most wild parts of the island, while remaining accessible and close to the village center...

Come and relax in peace and quiet and in the great outdoors, solo, as a couple, with your pet (dog or cat welcome). Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

Facing the sea, and Ile de Ré

Ideally located, the apartment is close to the city center, shops and entertainment. Facing south, facing Génerelles Beach, you will enjoy stunning views of Ile de Ré. For a short break or a few days of vacation, enjoy a change of scenery thanks to the 13 km of beach at La Tranche-sur-Mer. INFO: In July and August, stays are from Saturday to Saturday. You can book 7, 14 or 21 nights.

Sunny first floor apartment, close to the beach. Free parking is available in front of the apartment, as well as a bike rack, private entrance. The apartment includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160 bed, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. Please remember to bring your own linens and towels. (possibility to rent them)
