Really very pleasant family stay in this adorable and beautiful house! Everyone had their privacy. Large garden where we were able to play ping pong, do an egg hunt, rest, eat on the terrace... If you want to go to the island of Oléron, I recommend the property of Manue and Luc. Very responsive, friendly hosts. The superb property proposed by Manue and Luc ideally located and a relaxing calm corresponds in every way to the photos on the site. We loved the garden, the exposure, the property and all the services offered by it. We will be back with our dog, because yes, pets are allowed at Manue and Luc's. Really great..... We particularly enjoyed our stay at Géraldine's. The house is very convenient for a family on one level with an exterior going around the house and well exposed allowing you to enjoy the sun all day. Everything necessary is available, from indoor to outdoor equipment (deckchairs, parasol, etc.). The house is perfectly located in Rivedoux with the necessary amenities about ten minutes away as well as the beach. Communication went very well and Geraldine was always very responsive. We won't hesitate to come back on our next vacation!

Excellent stop in Longeville, no surprises, everything is as advertised.

Nice little apartment- very nice covered terrace. Everything relatively remot - shopping, restaurant etc rather by car or bike! Cosy places can be reached in 10-20 minutes! Beaches rather further and low tide depending. The lighthouse shines into the bedroom when the shops are open - very nice but also need to get used to... All in all very nice and very good amenities…

The house is absolutely great (I agree with some older reviews: the living room and the rooms are much more spacious than the photos let them guess: it's a nice surprise when you arrive). We appreciated the amenities, comfort and decoration of the house, as well as its location: full of nice walks nearby, a delicious bakery in Dompierre (L 'AuthentiQ), one of the best dinners of our life at the restaurant La PierreVue in Saint-Rogatien, La Rochelle and its aquarium to see absolutely less than 20 minutes away... The heated pool in this sunny early April was a real enchantment. Finally Marine is a particularly warm and attentive host, and the communication was very pleasant. We will come back without hesitation!

Thank you for letting us spend our holidays in your vacation paradise. We enjoyed your beautiful cottage and the pool was a real winner for our kids. The village of Jard-sur-mer and the beautiful surroundings have also charmed us very much. It was then a plus that we were able to explore all this by bike. In addition, it was nice that there was a folder with all the necessary information about the area and also the extra attention of Mathilde was a nice surprise upon arrival.

The house is charming, very well-equipped and totally true to the listing. Everything is within walking distance: the market, the beach, the city center and restaurants. Secure private parking in the basement is a real plus. Host is very responsive and available. We would definitely recommend this place!

Very functional apartment. Quality bedding. Excellent neighborhood. Coffee in the apartment which is excellent! Philipe is proactive. The pool is a plus for families. There's even a small sunny terrace in the afternoon until the end of the day. Recommended!

We have just spent a week, July 2024, a family of 12 plus a baby, at this very beautiful house. There is everything and more you could ever need. It is quiet. It is a beautiful area and the village has a beautiful bakery and supermarket. The beach is approx 15 mins by car. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we loved it. The kids played tirelessly in the beautiful big pool. The house has cots, high chair and even toys for the children. It was my 60th birthday and my family organised a local private chef (Manu chef a domicile) to cook for us, recommended by Will and it was amazing. We picked up hire cars at the train station also recommended by Will. The whole process was more than easy. We had the best time and would highly recommend to a large family. We hope that this is not the last time we stay at this stunning house and hopefully not our last time in La Rochelle. Holiday blues are real when you’ve visited such a beautiful place 😊
