The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Located in a seaside village, in the heart of the Île de Ré, our lovely house will welcome you for an unforgettable stay. The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms on the floor. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet.

Charming 3-bedroom house in La Couarde-sur-Mer

Our vacation home is ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde (300 m from the main shopping street. Beaches 800 m away). It is well optimized; a spacious living room, and crossing overlooks a courtyard of 30 m². The kitchen is open and fully equipped. The seating area is in front of the fireplace, the dining room accommodates 6/7 people. 3 double bedrooms with closets + 2 mezzanines with single bed complete the house as well as a shower room and separate toilet.

This pretty 23 m² ** classified studio is perfectly suited for a family with two children. It is ideally located in a small residence with swimming pool, in the typical village of La Couarde-sur-Mer, a 3-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on Ile de Ré (250 m), close to the market and shops. A small terrace allows you to eat outside. A private outdoor parking space is reserved for the occupants of the apartment, as well as a common bike storage room.

Upstairs, two pretty bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink & toilet.

Please note: 7 nights rental minimum, from Saturday to Saturday only. Self check-in. Please do not send checkout requests outside of Saturday, we cannot postpone checkouts.

Charming house in the heart of St-MARTIN, close to the port and bike paths in a quiet residence, with all the comfort and modernity to spend pleasant, relaxing moments full of good memories. Kitchen for real cooking (large oven, large hob, large smeg fridge with freezer part, large dishwasher), excellent bedding for a restful sleep, walk-in shower, large terrace to enjoy the outdoors and free shaded parking space.

A bedroom with a double bed and high quality bedding connects to the living room through a large carved rosewood door. The second bedroom has a single bed. The bathroom has a natural stone walk-in shower.

It's a very nice house. It is dual-aspect and the garden is present in every room. The large kitchen overlooks a small garden and its olive tree, the living room overlooks another garden and its wooden terrace. The bedroom, very quiet, overlooks the terrace. A 2nd bedroom in the garden, independent, and with a sink, can accommodate 2 people, with an extra charge of €10 per person per day.
