The house will seduce you with its calm ,its location close to the center of the village and close to the most beautiful beaches of Ré. The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard.Also, 3 independent bedrooms on the floor. A large bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate toilet.

This contemporary villa with its modern decor opens onto a south facing garden with a heated pool. You will particularly appreciate its comfort, its style and the quality of its furnishings, as well as its proximity to the beach (150 metres) and amenities (market and supermarket 400 metres, restaurants 150 metres). Two private parking spaces and a garage for your bikes make it an easy place to live in. The villa is accessible for wheelchair users.

Please note: 7 nights rental minimum, from Saturday to Saturday only. Self check-in. Please do not send checkout requests outside of Saturday, we cannot postpone checkouts.

This rental is reserved for guests over 25 years old. After two years of renovation, this house is available for rent. The goal? To offer comfort and functionality in an optimized space. House in Loix

It's a very nice house. It is dual-aspect and the garden is present in every room. The large kitchen overlooks a small garden and its olive tree, the living room overlooks another garden and its wooden terrace. The bedroom, very quiet, overlooks the terrace. A 2nd bedroom in the garden, independent, and with a sink, can accommodate 2 people, with an extra charge of €10 per person per day.

The house is located facing the sea and facing south. Beach access is direct through the garden. Ideal for family vacations, it is very well equipped with a ping pong table, barbecue and even a piano! On the ground floor: 3 beautiful bedrooms including one with a private bathroom and a children's bedroom upstairs! Shops and the market are a few minutes' walk away.

Chauveau - between port and beach

Very nice T1 of 31m2, fully renovated in June 2021, on the ground floor of a quiet residence, 300m from the centre and 300m from the beach. All comforts with large-screen TV, Canal+, fully-equipped kitchen, 160cm sofa bed with 18cm mattress, private south-facing courtyard of 15m2 with dining area, sun loungers, plants, etc. Bikes (not new but serviced) provided.
