El alojamiento es mejor que en las fotos. Un lugar especial para pasar tiempo en familia sin necesidad de ir a ningún otro sitio. El supermercado está en la acera de enfrente, y también un bazar. La piscina es muy grande y el patio una pasada. Todos los detalles super bien cuidados. Tiene una cocina con absolutamente todo para cocinar y demás. Nuestros perros han disfrutado casi más que nosotros! Ojalá poder repetir!!!

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

Nos alojamos en esta casa y quedamos realmente satisfechos. La vivienda estaba en perfectas condiciones, todo muy nuevo y bien cuidado. La cocina, aunque no excesivamente equipada, tenía todo lo necesario para preparar comidas básicas sin problemas.Uno de los aspectos que más disfrutamos fue la barbacoa y el jardín, ideales para organizar cenas al aire libre durante las noches. Además, no puedo dejar de mencionar la pintada enfrente de la casa, que es una auténtica maravilla.En resumen, una experiencia muy positiva. Todo estuvo en su sitio y superó nuestras expectativas.

The accommodation, the communication, the location, the facilities everything was absolutely TOP!!!! We felt right at home and if we had any questions, a contact person was immediately on site. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and spacious. In the garage there were lots of toys for smaller children as well as pool equipment such as air mattresses, diving aids and even swimming rings for older children and babies. The pool was cleaned by an external company and the fully automatic sprinkler system meant that we didn't have to worry about anything. Shops and restaurants were just a few minutes' walk away. All in all, it was a successful vacation that was unfortunately over far too quickly. Dear Anna, thank you for allowing us to enjoy your accommodation. Mariël en Radjin zijn geweldige hosts. Hele fijne ontvangst, duidelijk in de communicatie en erg behulpzaam. Casa Cuco was precies zoals omschreven. Rustig maar wel centraal gelegen, dichtbij het centrum, playa del Cura, playa los locos en de habaneras. Het huis was brandschoon. Zeer scherp geprijsd voor deze kwaliteit. Wij boeken zeker nog eens bij Mariël en Radjin!

New, well maintained property with a heated swiming pool. We had a nice stay, communication was good all the way.

La casa está genial, tiene de todo lo que puedas pedir en la casa, cocina conpletisima, tiene un patio espectacular es enorme, la playa a 4 minutos con paseo marítimo con muchos bares y si quieres ir andando a Santa Pola en 40 minutos llegas, en coche a 5 min. Luciana nos recibió muy amablemente y nos dejó entrar antes de la hora, nos puso varios mensajes si todo estaba bien, contesta muy rápido los mensajes, la verdad que yo repetiría esta casa. Recomendable 100%.

Toller Kontakt zum Eigentümer und Keyholder. Oliver kam sogar an Neujahr mit einer Flasche Wein vorbei 😀. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen im schönen spanischen Stil (ich mag das neue cleane Weiß nicht). Einrichtung mit allem, was man braucht. Wohngegend perfekt: gut bewohnt, trotzdem sehr ruhig; fußläufig in 15 Min. Strand sowie La Zenia Boulevard erreichbar. Sehr nette Nachbarn. Kommen in jedem Fall wieder!

Очень рекомендуем. Чистая, удобная квартира со всем необходимым. Включая пляжные стульчики и зонт. До пляжа 600 метров напрямую. Внутри комплекса реальная зеленая зона и бассейн хороших размеров. Вокруг много магазинов и ресторанов. Цены ОЧЕНЬ И ОЧЕНЬ ДЕМОКРАТИЧНЫЕ, выбор огромен и качество на уровне. Хозяйка очень гостеприимная и доброжелательная. Реальность превзошла ожидания. Beautifully presented property with extremely accomodating hosts considering unforeseen circumstances of our own, resulting in the hosts needing to stay awake until 2am to check us in. Very good communication and made us feel very welcome! Overall, very pleasant stay. Thank you

The apartment was really easy to find and the host gave us very precise instructions prior to arrival about the property and security. The apartment was great!, it looked just like the images, was clean and very safe for our children. Overall we enjoyed our stay here, the location was ideal for us, lovely private pools and the beach was amazing...we had a car which i would recommend as there is alot to do in the area, great restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality. Jess & John.

De kamer van Peter is klein maar zeker voldoende als je op zoek bent naar enkel een slaapplaats. Er is een kleine koelkast, een waterkoker, toaster en microgolfoven aanwezig. Ook vind je een dekbed in de kasten indien nodig. Er is eveneens airco. Het is een erg rustige en mooie buurt. Peter is een vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Hij stoort ook niet als het niet nodig is. Je hebt dus zeker je privacy. Peter reageert ook erg snel op berichten. Ik was erg tevreden van mijn verblijf.

We had a lovely two week stay at this apartment, very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. WiFi fast and no problems connecting to it, nice washing machine and good hot water and shower. Only small thing was lack of instructions for the electric cooker hob as we use gas at home, this was easily solved with a quick search online. Rudolf was excelent and always available, we recommend this apartment and we have been in many over the years.

Pablo idealny gospodarz. Pomocny i komunikatywny. Nocleg w świetnej lokalizacji. Bardzo spokojna okolica i około trzy minuty pieszo do plaży. Sam apartament wart swojej ceny. Wszystkie udogodnienia z opisu, a nawet więcej niż się człowiek spodziewał. Każdy miał swój pokój. Nawet znajdował się airfryer. Kostki do zmywarki także były w zestawie, także naprawdę gospodarz pomyślał o wszystkim.

El ático es precioso, con todas las necesidades, amplio y muy muy bonito. Está muy bien ubicado a poca distancia de la playa. La piscina justo abajo es genial para refrescarte y los niños la disfrutaron muchísimo. Lo mejor la terraza! Es lo que más hemos disfrutado! Diana muy amable, contesta súper rápido y atenta a lo que necesites. Repetiremos sin duda.

Great host, very responsive initiating check in on how stay was going. Lovely quiet location, yet walking distance to shops and beach, well equipped and ……rarely found ……good living space inside as well as outside. Highly recommended!

La descripción es precisa, es un lugar seguro y tranquilo, buena piscina, solárium y mesas para comer fuera. Los hosts están disponibles en cualquier momento y son muy agradables, un 10 para ellos. Estuvimos un mes y contábamos con cocinar y hacer barbacoas pero al final casi no usamos la cocina ya que estaba llena de grasa por todas partes. La barbacoa declinamos usarla porque también necesitaba una limpieza. una pena porque tiene de todo lo que puedas necesitar. Muy contentos pero lo estropea un poco la limpieza. Necesitaría renovar la ropa de cama Del resto bien. Para largas estancias quizá se agradecía una smart TV

La casa de Óscar es muy acogedora, no es una mansión pero está muy bien distribuida y es amplia. La llegada muy fácil, siempre atento a cualquier petición. Todas las comodidades como si estuvieses en tu propia casa. La verdad nos sentimos muy agusto y repetiríamos sin dudarlo!

Het appartement van Felix is mooi, ruim, heeft een mooi balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft een prima bed! Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar zee. Goede restaurants zijn in de buurt. Alicante is de moeite van het bezoeken waard. We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad en we raden de B&B van Felix zeker aan!
