Vacation rentals with lake access in Locos Beach

We loved our stay at the apartment, quiet area, bars, restaurants, coffee shop. The apartment feels comfortable with my kids and I felt right at home. The communication with Pedro is wonderful, a pleasure to meet him. We hope to return soon.

We had a very good family stay. The view from the place is lovely.

A modern and comfortable house with everything you could need for an enjoyable holiday. Fantastic jacuzzi on the top terrace with lovely lake views and a spacious, secluded pool area with very comfortable outdoor seating and electric sun blinds. Henk was easy to communicate with and quick to respond and Ria who met us there was very friendly and welcoming. We particularly liked the idea of leaving a few items for the next guests and it was really well equipped with plenty of cooking and cleaning materials. The area is quiet but there is a large Consum supermarket very close by and the brilliant Lemon Tree Sunday market is only a few kilometres away. We would definitely love to return.

It is a wonderful place to stay with a very nice terrace where you can enjoy the sunrise early in the morning. The Internet connection is very good in the house, especially if you work from there. The internet in the area is a bit difficult but you have your peace :) The pools on the premises are as described very clean and tidy. There are more locals living in the urbanization and that makes it nice and quiet. Luciana took wonderful care of us from arrival to departure. We will come back very, very gladly.

Viktoria's apartment has a spectacular view and is right in front of the beach! What more can you ask for! Cleanliness was impeccable. The apartment has everything you need, a washing machine, utensils, an oven... etc. Very good bed and pillow. Right next to the building there is a 24-hour shop and an excellent restaurant on the other side. I really didn't miss anything. Viktoria is very friendly and was very attentive to anything you might need. Thanks again! 100% recommended.

We had a delightful experience staying at the accommodation provided by Willy. Communication with Willy was smooth, with quick and thorough responses. The apartment is comfortably cozy for two people and comes equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We particularly appreciated the location, being conveniently close to the boardwalk and local coffee shops. The only minor inconvenience was that the windows needed to be closed at night when it was hot outside due to noise. However, this did not significantly impact our overall satisfaction. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was very relaxing and comfortable. The beach was minutes away via foot. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Very nice central location. Rooms were spacious and the decor was tasteful and appealing. Bright and airy apartment. The transfer offer was really helpful and appreciated too, made everything very easy.

The apartment was spectacular and incredibly comfortable. The condo was amazing, featuring a fantastic pool and a padel court. We loved the fact that it was very close to the beach—we could walk there easily. The supermarket was right next door, which was very convenient. The apartment was exceptionally well-stocked, with all the amenities you could think of (games, sewing kits, a fully equipped kitchen, etc.). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider coming back. Thanks!

It was our second stay. There were no incidents. The terrace has a spectacular view of the entire Mar Menor. Amazing sunsets. María José, who was the person who gave us the keys, was very attentive and Juan Luis was the same, very kind. The accommodation is definitely worth it.
