Very sunny and newly renovated penthouse right on the promenade with stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea and the pool. It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Newly renovated apartment right on the beach. Parking is available in front of the house (free of charge). The beach is across the street about 20 meters away. The house has an elevator. The apartment has been extensively renovated and now shines in new splendor. A new kitchen as well as new appliances, new furniture and a new bathroom were made. The house has a pool that can be used. The balcony of the apartment faces the courtyard/pool side.
