Maria and Claudio have been the perfect hosts. Their vacation house is so nice that you can start feel home immediately. The garden and pool ist just remarkable. We would love to come back someday!

Francesca was vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Ze ging met ons naar het ziekenhuis en de apotheek toen dat nodig was.

Notre hôte était vraiment chaleureuse. et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu l'occasion de goûter à leurs produits. Elle nous a donné de bonnes recommandations. Elle a été très réceptive suite à notre arrivée tardive dùe à notre vol retardé. Nous recommandons fortement cette belle maison et y reviendrons assurément. Merci pour votre accueil ❤️

The place is an absolute find! The house is huge with beautiful spacious rooms and well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfy . Sherif who looks over the house , welcomed us on arrival , showed us around and was present on the grounds so could help with any issues that arise . The grounds are stunning and idyllic giving you the peace and views of Tuscany . It was perfect for a family vacay with three young kids and parents . We did day trips to Pisa ( 10 min ) and Luca ( 30min) with cars we rented . All straight forward drives . My friends and family are all wanting to book to come !

My stay at Fabio’s farmhouse was delightful. The house was gorgeous and felt right at home. The house felt cozy and comfortable with breathtaking views of the Tuscany country side. The area is very serene and peaceful. There are plenty of beautiful villages around the area to visit via car. Fabio was a delightful host who was very welcoming and responsive. I am looking forward to staying again here in the future.

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable chez Alessandro et Giulia. Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description et était d'une propreté irréprochable. L'emplacement est parfait : légèrement en retrait pour être au calme mais suffisamment proche de la ville ou de la plage par exemple (piste cyclable à quelques mètres). Alessandro et Giulia ont été des hôtes réactifs. Ils ont pu nous guider sur les choses à faire et à voir dans la région, les endroits où manger, les plages... La borne électrique sur place a été un vrai plus pour faciliter les déplacements et optimiser notre temps ! Merci pour ce séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Massimo è stato molto gentile, venendoci anche incontro sull’orario del check-in, ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni utili sulla casa e sulla zona, ed è rimasto sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio e necessità. La casa è molto carina, pulita, arredata con cuore. Ha una cucina nuova con tutto il necessario di base, forno e lavastoviglie, e Massimo ci ha fornito anche il seggiolone per mia figlia. Il letto molto comodo, lenzuola e asciugamani puliti. Sala con grande tv e wi-fi. Il piccolo cortile esclusivo è molto bello. La zona è tranquilla e comoda al mare e ai servizi

Tina was a wonderful and gracious hostess. She made sure all things were communicated before and during our stay. Her lovely home had all the amenities needed and was a perfect space for our family of five as we explored Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre. I only wished we'd had more time so our son could have enjoyed the pool more than a quick swim the first evening. We also really enjoyed the Burger restaurant right up the road for a convenient meal with a casual atmosphere and good food.

Il nostro alloggio presso l’antico mulino è stato davvero spettacolare. Ogni minimo dettaglio era curato alla perfezione e la casa era pulita e con tutto il necessario. Il parco del mulino era veramente bello e ci ha permesso di rilassarci con il suono del ruscello che scorreva. I proprietari sono stati accoglienti, molto disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Speriamo di tornarci presto!!!

Verblijven bij Carmine is top. Wij zijn een maand (half april / half mei) bij Carmine en Alessandra in Certaldo geweest en dat kunnen we iedereen aanraden. Niet alleen de ontvangst ( in ons geval heel laat) was ontzettend hartelijk maar gedurende ons hele verblijf hebben we ons heel comfortabel gevoeld, deze host staat altijd open voor vragen, is pro actief met geven van informatie, tips over van alles zoals waar het leuk / lekker/ mooi is om te bezoeken. Daarnaast is het huis hartstikke fijn, het ligt geweldig in het Toscaanse heuvelland, tussen de wijn en olijf boeren, fijne bedden (vinden wij altijd belangrijk vooral als je er langer verblijft) en echt goede wifi wat voor ons belangrijk was om zo ook van hieruit te kunnen werken. De locatie is perfect. Je zit dichtbij Florence, Siena, Pisa, en vele bijzondere andere dorp/stadjes die het bezoeken meer dan waard zijn. De maand was te snel voorbij! Als we nog eens Toscane bezoeken zeker weten bij Carmine en Alessandra!

Locuința Romanellei a fost peste așteptări! A fost curat, ordonat, întreținut și mai ales într-o zonă liniștită - exact ceea ce am căutat. Recomand pentru zile de relaxare în liniște și departe de agitația urbană

Bij binnenkomst van de accommodatie kregen wij een zeer hartelijk welkom in een zeer rustgevende omgeving! De zoon van host hielp ons met het tillen van onze bagage naar het huisje. Prachtig appartement, een fantastisch terras met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen! Vanaf ‘s morgens tot ‘s avonds zon. Leuk adres gekregen van een local restaurantje in het dorpje. Dit was ook een gouden tip qua gemoedelijkheid, sfeer en hun heerlijke gerechten! Dank Maria Elana wij komen terug!!!

This place was pure heaven to us. It is a very beautifully restored old windmill and you can clearly see the love that was put into this place. We stayed here in the first weeks of august, so temperatures were quite high. However, because the house is located in a deep valley there is quite some shade, and for the warmest moment you can cool of in the creek that runs by the house. The surroundings were very lush and green. This was also a great place for our kids to play and explore. The nearby village Castiglione di Garfagnana is a great town to get coffee, have lunch or dinner. Very family oriented, and it feels very much alive with locals coming together in the evening to talk. All in all, we felt very much at home and hope we can comeback soon again!

Nous venons de passer un magnifique séjour de 3 semaines en famille. Très belles vacances chez Claudio et son épouse. Hôtes serviables, accueillants, disponibles...tout en discrétion. 👍 Logement très propre et confortable. Le logement et ses extérieurs permettent de passer des vacances très agréables. La piscine et la climatisation dans tout le logement offre un confort idéal pour profiter du soleil sans souffrir de la chaleur 😊 La localisation permet de visiter, en voiture, beaucoup de sites Toscans et d'apprécier cette belle région. Et Claudio se fait un plaisir de donner les bons plans, les bonnes adresses...pour qu'on garde des souvenirs inoubliables 😊 Nous reviendrons sans hésiter 😃

Gioia’s little piece of Tuscan paradise exceeded all expectations. The apartment was lovely, the scenery gorgeous and the pool perfect for lounging amongst the lavender and olive trees, not to mention hanging out with Wolfy. Do not miss an opportunity to take the pasta making class with Graziella as she helped us craft one of the best Italian meals we’ve had! This was one of the highlights of our weeks in Europe and we can’t wait to return.

The property and surrounding area is beautiful, We loved the estate and especially the pool area. Had a great experience there and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Exploring the area was fun, especially Pisa and Lucca. Our only issue was finding good food, I guess we had high expectations after visiting Florence. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

bellissimo rustico ma ristrutturato moderno, arredato con cura come se fosse una casa abitata. Pulizia degli ambienti e della biancheria impeccabile, spazi generosi e organizzati alla perfezione. Mi è venuto il desiderio di viverci tutto l'anno! Host gentilissima e sempre a disposizione. Davvero un ottimo soggiorno. Grazie

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und es war wie auch schon beim ersten Mal einfach nur perfekt. Diegos Anwesen ist wunderschön mit Blick auf San Gimignano, es ist ruhig und sehr idyllisch sodass man richtig gut abschalten kann. Das Apartment war super, ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden uns freuen nächstes Jahr ein drittes Mal zu kommen. Danke an Giorgia für die gute Kommunikation und den flexiblen Check-In.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche bei Lena in der Unterkunft. Wir haben uns sooo wohl gefühlt. Lena ist so eine Liebe, war immer erreichbar, hat uns Tipps gegeben und immer gefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Die Wohnung war ein Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder 😍

vue magnifique, logement propre et très bien décoré avec du mobilier de qualité, très bien équipé et rénové, très belle piscine. nous avons eu le logement donnant sur la piscine avec la terrasse et le canapé très agréable quand il faisait beau. environnement très nature avec peu de commerces aux allentours, les premiers sont à 15mn en redescendant sur la ville. le village de Silico est mignon mais il n'y a qu'un restaurant, situé à 100m à pied de la maison (avec une très belle vue). malheureusement nous n'avons pas eu beau temps en mai, et même froid, prévoyez des vetements chauds et bouillote car nous n'avons eu le chauffage que les 2 derniers jours et seulement qques heures en soirée. les animaux présents sur le terrain offrent un dépaysement total. en résumé le lieu est magnifique surtout s'il fait beau car il est assez isolé. merci à monica pour sa sympathie et réactivité.
