Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Livorno

This is a wonderful property. It’s what we would call a townhome or townhome. Some people reference it as an apartment and it’s NOT an apartment it’s definitely a home. There’s a living room, nice sized kitchen and 3/4 bath on the main floor with access to the outdoor patio with pergola and grill which we used. The upstairs had 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds and a full bath to share in the hallway. There’s plenty of storage for personal belongings. There are several small grocery stores nearby and a full service about a mile. A great coffee shop just across the street and down a bit. Easy walk to Lucca. Plenty of room for our rental car. We were there late September so the pool was chilly (expected) The hosts were responsive and check in directions were very good. We felt like we got what we paid for. We were able to google how to use the appliances and coffee etc. WiFi worked great. We also booked a wine tour from roadtrippinitaly and they picked us up at the house. Thank you!

Bardzo Polecam to miejsce ! Ilaria była cudownym gospodarzem ❤️ To był nasz pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech 🇮🇹 i czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno in famiglia in questa meravigliosa struttura. L’host è stata molto gentile; ci ha consigliato dei posti buonissimi dove mangiare ed è stata sempre accomodante ad ogni richiesta. La struttura era meravigliosa con una vista veramente impagabile. Consiglio vivamente

"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Beautiful accommodation. Wonderful views. Easy to get to from Pisa airport by car (there is a dedicated parking spot at the property). We were a party of 4 (mum, dad and two teenagers). There was plenty of space for all of us and having two showers/W.C's made it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning. Didn't use the pool because we visited early in the year but it looks great. We visited Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and Livorno by car. There are multiple supermarkets and restaurants close by the property. Il Tino da Roberta and Pizzeria Da Carlo were probably the best for us as a family. Everyone enjoyed them. We really enjoyed our visit here.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Casa Bonelli. Der Whirpool war traumhaft mit der Aussicht und wir konnten viele Ausflüge unternehmen.

Ho prenotato questa casa con 2 amici in occasione di Halloween e del comics. Anche se magari lo chalet è più indicato per coppie romantiche ci siamo trovati benissimo, casa bella ed in ordine , posto spettacolare gentile e simpatica. Consigliatissimo, poi c'è il barbecue, cosa non da poco :)

Ein sehr schönes Haus in der ruhigen Toskana. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und man hat sich um all unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Der Ausblick auf der Terrasse ist grandios. Die Einfahrt ist spannend mit einem großen Fahrzeug, jedoch auch kein Problem. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig und schön und man ist schnell in Lucca. Ausstattungstechnisch fehlte es uns an nichts, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Falls man mit 8 Personen reist, die nicht unbedingt ein Paar sind, sind zwei der Betten vielleicht etwas eng, wir waren zu 7. und haben aus einem Zimmer ein Einzelzimmer gemacht, so hat es perfekt gepasst. Insgesamt würden wir sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Review for house- do you think ok? What an amazing and special home! Thank you to Leonardo and his mum for looking after us all so well during our stay (including Etta our dog) and for bringing us some wonderful local homemade dishes. Leonardo could not have been more helpful and gave us lots of local recommendations. Staying in such an historical building was an experience in itself and the views from the house were spectacular in all weathers- and we had a big mix of weather- sun, rain and storms. The outside spaces were perfect for having drinks and watching the sunset. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub and dined in the spectacular dining area outside. Leonardo helped arrange a pasta making class with Alessandra which was a great experience for all of our group. The area is very beautiful, with forest walks, and fantastic views of the mountains and vineyards and huge chestnut trees. We visited some beautiful towns nearby. Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

The villa was absolutely stunning and the hosts were warm and friendly…truly felt right at home! It is very private and remote beautiful community, I highly recommend multiple cars if multiple couples are traveling together. The villa truly had everything you can possibly need for your stay. The owners take great pride in the home and maintain it pristinely. The hosts were on site to receive us and explain the amenities and were extremely communicative via what’s app for any questions or recommendations we had during our stay. 10/10 recommend this villa for your Tuscany stay!

This is a beautiful home in a gorgeous location! The hosts - Lorenzo and Bernadette - were so helpful. They greeted us and took us up the hill to the house. They left fresh fruit, snacks and the basics for cooking. Waking up to the view cannot be described. You have to see it for yourself! Don’t be turned off by other comments about the driveway. Lorenzo takes you up the first time and it’s easy from there! Keep it in 1st :)

Béatrice est une excellente hote! Elle nous a très bien accueilli et a fait le tour de la maison avec nous. Elle nous a également donné plusieurs recommandations de choses à faire dans les alentours, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. La maison était impeccable et l’aménagement extérieur est époustouflant. Le levé du soleil le matin était incroyable si vous avez la chance de le voir. La maison est un peu loin des grandes villes donc je recommande une auto pour faciliter vos déplacements.

Wunderschönes Haus auf eine ganz wunderbare Art modern Style mit dem typischen toskanischen Style gemixt. Unbedingt auch Wanderungen rund um das Haus machen. Es ist einfach eine ganz wunderbare toskanische Gegend. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schönes Haus mit ausreichend Platz für 10 Erwachsene. Jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad. Sehr schöner Aussenbereich mit Pool. Tip top in Ordnung. Einfach zu finden, da dicht an der Strasse. Empfehlung: das Restaurant schräg über die Strasse. Sehr gutes Essen!!! Und den Hauseigenen Wein auf jeden Fall probieren. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Francesca.

Die Villa und der Garten sind wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Man merkt wie liebevoll sich Gina und Franco um alles kümmern. Sie sind herzliche Gastgeber und so freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Bei unserer Ankunft haben sie uns einen großen Korb mit Lebensmitteln, Hundefutter und köstliches selbstgemachtes Essen gerichtet und Gina hat uns leckeres Tiramisu und Panna Cotta gemacht Wir haben dort eine super schöne Zeit mit unserem 15 Monate alten Kind und unserem Hund verbracht, die Gina und Franco auch sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben. Die Villa liegt wunderschön, es ist sehr ruhig und man kann sich sehr gut entspannen und den eigenen Garten, Pool und Jacuzzi genießen.
