We booked this place for a weekend getaway with friends, and it was such a memorable experience! Check-in was a breeze. Ate Grace was very accommodating and patiently waited for all of us to arrive, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The house itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for bonding. Everything we needed was available, from kitchen essentials to comfortable lounging areas. The highlight for us was definitely the heated pool, we spent hours just relaxing and enjoying each other's company. There was a minor hiccup with the wifi (Globe was down that weekend), but they provided a backup. The signal was a bit weak, but honestly, it didn’t bother us much since we were there to enjoy each other’s company and the lovely surroundings. Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for a cozy and relaxing spot with friends. Would love to come back!

Our stay at Emelita’s place was absolutely amazing! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated with cozy frames, and had all the things we could possibly need. The location was perfect— and a very fast internet connection. The place is very close to all, alfamart and local restaurants, and a walking distance to the resort. Emelita was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was seamless, and all instructions were clear. One of the highlights was the outdoor area where we had our morning coffee. It truly felt like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lipa. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had such a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home! The location is peaceful and convenient, and the house itself is stunning. very clean, beautifully designed interiors, and so well-maintained. The pool was a great highlight, and the whole place had a relaxing, vacation-like vibe. We especially appreciated how fresh the linens were and how complete the kitchen was with utensils and appliances, it really felt like a home away from home. The rooms were spotless, and each one felt cozy and comfortable. We also felt very secure throughout our stay, with our cars safely parked right in front of the house. A big thanks to the very courteous and welcoming caretaker, Ate Merlie and her son, who assisted us with everything we needed. And to top it off, the owner personally gave us a call upon arrival to make sure we were all set and comfortable, such a thoughtful gesture! We will definitely come back.

Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! okay yung location ng place since may 7 Eleven bago pumasok ng gate so pag may need, may malapit na bilihan lang. super spacious ng house, rooms are clean except for the comforter medyo unpleasant yung smell nya, i think di napatuyo or nalabhan before putting it sa bed but overall experience okay 👌🏻

The place was really nice, clean and comfortable. The weather was also nice and cool, and there was light rain almost the whole time. Despite the rain, we still enjoyed the place and even the pool The rooms in the main house were very spacious, view was good, and there is ample space. There is also a pool room (additonal cost) that was very big that the kids enjoyed and stayed the whole time. Overall, it was a nice and relaxing quick vacation. It’s a highly recommended place, one that we’ll definitely go back again

Miguel’s place is a gem! Very peaceful surroundings and the house itself is clean and beautiful. Really a home away from home. We really enjoyed as the place had almost everything we need and Miguel is very responsive to all our queries. Will definitely go back, if you are looking for a peaceful and very relaxing place to stay, I highly recommend Miguel’s place. Our family enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. Ms Kim was a responsive and generous host. We appreciate that she allowed us to do early check-in for free. The place was as pretty, neat and high-end stylish as in the photos. The fresh smell of the bedroom actually prompted me to look for the same brand and purchase one for my own home. We’ve been doing bnb’s in Twin Lakes but first time in Merlot and in a 1 BR unit. Normally we would just go out to eat. But with Ms Kim’s place, I was inspired to cook with the well-equipped kitchen and bought ingredients at Robinson’s supermarket being very nearby. My husband and I did not leave the place at all as we just slept all day in their soft bed, ate the food I prepared, played with our cat Chimmy and enjoyed Netflix. Oh, I almost forgot to mention that we also liked the view and spent time just talking, listening to music and the rain while lounging at the balcony. Will definitely go back. Our only suggestion is it would be much appreciated if there is a second TV in the bedroom. Overall, o

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

We enjoyed our stay here. Place is more pleasant in reality than in photos. Beautiful surrounding, clean and spacious room. Complete with freebies. Hosts were responsive and provided clear information and instructions.

What you see is what you get. First time to book in Airbnb but I didn’t mind the price of this place. Instant book agad because of the view, spacious, and luxurious talaga. Lalo when I found out na rare find siya since booked most of the time. Also, sobrang responsive and helpful ni Ma’am Myrna and her caretakers. Hindi mo mararamdamang first timer mo mag book. Sobrang dami ring available na kainan sa paligid and supermarkets for necessities.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

I love that the owner is very much accommodating and very hands on. The place is so private and is accessible to all your store needs. The place is very beautiful and clean.

Quite possibly the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in Tagaytay. Check-in and check-out was hassle-free. The place was spotless when we arrived. It looks even better in person. We didn’t need anything during our stay as all amenities listed were present and Ms. Yen was able to provide us with the necessary instructions prior to check-in. The caretaker was very kind too and even offered to take our photos. Thank you, we can’t wait to be back.

The place was great and it did gave us the privacy and peace we needed. I am actually impressed on how clean the place is when we arrived. Its proximity to the attractions/destinations is also commendable. Most of all, the owner provided very clear instructions that we just had short exchange of chats twice and one of those was me asking for a change in schedule lol 😆. Paolo's place was amazing. The check-in process was seamless, parking was easy. The place itself is quite cozy, and you've got a nice view of the south all the way to Makiling/Banahaw, with a bit of a view of Taal volcano itself. It's also right next to Ayala Malls Serin, which has a ton of options for food, a Waltermart for groceries, two pharmacies, and a convenience store. Overall great stay, and Paulo was such a nice host. Will definitely stay here again next time!
