we love the seamless Check in at P's place! their staff were waiting for us when we arrived (we requested for an early check in, which they granted) and gave us a tour of the place. everything was set up, they have a mini sari sari store at the property, we can doorbell if we want to buy or if we need anything from the staff! kitchen is fully equipped and they have a BBQ grill! the only think that bothered my friends who slept at room 3 is the noise from the washing machine, they woke up early because of this. but other than that, we had a wonderful stay! we played BINGGO while the kids are swimming and the teenagers are singing at the tv room! we highly recommend this place

Our stay at Casita Real was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The homey ambiance in every corner made us feel instantly comfortable, as if we were in our own little sanctuary. The space was clean, well-equipped and cozy, making every activity effortless, from preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen to unwinding in the bon fire area. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our breakfast on the beautiful patio, soaking in the peaceful and sunny surroundings. Even though our stay was short, it was truly refreshing and memorable. We can't thank Byron enough for his politeness and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Casita Real to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! ☺️❤️💯

Very nice and comfortable! The caretaker Jun was so attentive and responsive. i love that the place was so clean, surroundings was peaceful, pool is nice and warm. The host Pau and Joy were so thoughtful to have a buko pie in the ref as welcome snack to guests. Love it.5 stars all around!

We had a great time with the family at Cedara Home, there’s much to do, we enjoyed the videoke, kids were playing video games while all the rest are having fun at the pool. Complete kitchen needs were provided and the house was so clean and has a charm of its own. We will definitely recommend the place to our friends and relatives.

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

It was a memorable experience. Super linis ng place and ang ganda ng vibes. Hindi tinipid sa gamit, comfy yung beds, alam mong nag invest talaga sila for the place. Malinis din yung pool kaya todo enjoy kaming lahat sa swimming. Yung caretaker, sobrang bait at approachable. Complete sa gamit, pati cookware and utensils ready na. May malaki pa silang fridge kaya ang dali mag store ng food and drinks which is good for group talaga. Wala rin silang curfew sa music kaya naka enjoy kami sa tugtugan, pero syempre out of courtesy nag stop kami ng 10PM. Na share na agad namin ito sa family and friends kasi sobrang recommended. Ang lapit lang din from Manila, mga 2 hours drive lang. Perfect for get together, chill time, bonding moments! Sobrang sulit and happy experience! We'll definitely go back!

We stayed at Balay sa Air for almost a month, and it truly became our home away from home in the Philippines. Nestled right in the heart of Makati’s business district, the location was incredibly convenient—close to groceries, restaurants, and even a pho place just behind the condo that stays open late (a huge plus!). Despite being in a busy area, the neighborhood itself was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. Dione and Joan were exceptional hosts. Their responses were practically real-time, and they took care of every need we had without fail. Check-in was seamless and stress-free—they handled everything. We grew so attached to the place that we actually felt a little homesick after we left. That says a lot. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our stay was beyond amazing. The host Sir Carmelo, was incredibly responsive and I truly appreciate his consistent and thoughtful assistance with every inquiry and request. The place is beautifully designed, and every detail from the decor to the lightning, adds to the warm and inviting ambiance that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Check-in was very easy and the host was very responsive even before the check-in date. It was inside the Pico de Loro complex and very convenient to walk around. There was a minor problem with the sink but she was very prompt and fixed the issue right away. The place was very clean and big for our family of 7. Thank you so much for a very nice stay!

My friends and I had an excellent stay at Ms. Liezl’s unit. The host was very responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The unit was clean and cozy, complete with everything we need including toiletries and the host was kind enough to provide freebies like bottled water and coffee for each guest (Thank you!). The view from the balcony alone is worth what you’ve paid for. Just to note that if you’re bringing your own car, make sure that you coordinate with booking a parking slot prior your arrival for a smooth check-in. Overall, Ms. Liezl’s place is highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had an awesome and seamless stay! Great security within the complex, finding public transport was also a breeze. Place had great interiors and was spotless. Appreciate the drinking water provided by the host as well! Will re-book for future stays!

Although, we had trouble finding groceries or outdoor restos of our preference, the space was our best accomodation yet, and ate Melai was really helpful and friendly. Definitely worth the pay!

We’ve always liked Serin due to its proximity to great places in Tagaytay. Paolo is a great host, he corresponds in a concise but still very amiable. Very timely responses too. He welcomed us personally and helped us get settled. His place is just in front of the lift which we really appreciate, very accessible. Also the parking spot is a few steps away from the lobby lift. His place is impeccable and uncluttered. We have everything we needed and we felt right at home and comfortable. The floor where the unit is also very quiet, with very little foot traffic. Water pressure is great and water heater is sufficient. No issues with the appliances and furniture. We loved the balcony, has a good view of the lake. A bit of the morning sun but not that bad with the cool weather. Lots of walkable places to eat and hangout. Would love to be back here!!!

Love the location in BGC. Lots of things to do within walking distance. It’s helpful specially dealing with Manila traffic. Security and front desk ataffs are excellent.

We definitely loved and enjoyed our stay at Erin’s place! The unit was spacious enough for the two of us, and it had everything we needed. My personal favorites were the cozy sofa bed and the reading nook — such a nice spot to relax. The place is fully equipped with amenities and kitchen utensils, perfect if you feel like cooking (just make sure to open the windows while doing so). It was already quite cold, so we didn’t even need to use the air conditioner much — it stayed comfortably cool throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was the leaking aircon. We had to turn it off for a while and then turn it back on, which wasn’t a big deal, but the water would drip onto the bed and floor, which was a bit inconvenient. We also loved Ate Cristina — she was incredibly helpful and accommodating! She’s just one text away, and she’ll be at your doorstep ready to assist with any issues you might have in the unit. Still, overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay.

Visiting from Canada 🇨🇦 Kristine’s unit is superb! What you saw in the listing is what you get. From the entrance to the whole unit is really clean and organized. The lock is truly a smart lock, so you don’t need to worry about losing the key. The biggest plus factor is her trusted person Elvie, who comes to tidy up every other day. The host is easy to reach out and always concern about your stay if everything is okay. If I need a 1-bedroom accommodation again, I will definitely come back to this place.
