Bungalow vacation rentals in Calabarzon

this is my 4th time vising Jean-Marie's place. We didnt get to stay at the main house in this trip, but still the experience is great. Peaceful surrounding and great beach. Planning my next trip to this place soon.

It is a very spacious, private resort. It's a pristine mansion, a little on the older side, with a stunning overlooking view of the beach, a huge pool, and accommodating caretakers. My family and I had a great time!

This was one of my best AirBNB experiences. I don't stay in AirBNB's with the owners present (although sometimes they may rent it in their absence). However, since our only other option for the area seemed to be expensive resorts, we gave it a shot. Staying with Rosanna (aka Isla's B&B) was such a pleasure. It was everything I wanted to experience from Filipino hospitality. Her house is literally on the beach in Mabini. Her partner is an American who came to stay and just never left because Rosanna's hospitality is that good. He built a second floor covered balcony, where we spent most of our time working and watching the sunset. There is beautiful snorkeling right in front of the home. Rosanna is an incredible cook and will cook you meals if you choose. Btw, the whole community is basically her family, so if you need anything, she is like the unofficial mayor and just pulls out her phone and makes it happen. I recommend renting a scooter on your way so you have a way to get around.

Outstanding 5-Star Airbnb Listing and Host! We had an amazing stay in Casa Maripas. The communication was seamless, and they made sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The host went above and beyond by adjusting our check-in and checkout due to our work schedule so that we can enjoy the play. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy home away from home vibes. The beachfront and steel frame pool is also a plus! The host provided a local recommendation on a minute-away walk beach around the area that has a mini Boracay feel. Tita, their caretaker is very proactive and always offers help to us. They truly care about their guests' experience, making it unforgettable. We highly recommend them as a top-notch Airbnb Host and we are definitely going back to this place!

Would recommend this place for family outings and pet friendly trips. Place can accommodate several individuals. Check in/out was very smooth. Ate Janice was very obliging. Probably needs a hot shower option if the water’s too cold. Restroom inside the mainhouse can be accessed through a closet door. Street parking for cars can be a little dangerous due to scratches from the public tricycles :( but this is out of the host’s control. Otherwise parking inside the house garage is very safe. Road from Ibaan exit can be a little dangerous. Make sure to drive to the place before dark. Unli kapeng barako!❤️

Great hosts, very responsive and their place is good value for short stay vacation in Lipa. There are nice restaurants and cafes just outside the neighborhood. Traffic situation in the roads is hectic at times but cannot be avoided.

The place is big for three families. The house looked really nice! We had a great staycation. It was free of clutter and the bed linens smelled clean. There are 5 toilet and bath so it made our stay feel like we’re just at home. The kids loved making s’mores in the bonfire!!! It was a nice amenity. Two points for improvement, though. 1) cleanliness of the swimming pool and 2) katol for mosquitoes Overall, we recommend the place for big groups! Thanks for letting us stay ❤️

Well furnished, clean and comfortable house. Aircon was cold and Revecca was responsive to our every need. There is also a water dispenser, which we were extremely grateful for. Only slight issue was that the water pressure in the bathroom was low. Strongly recommend that you have a car/driver as location is a 15min walk to the main street.

Our stay at Jennefer’s house was wonderful. The place is spacious and you’ll feel at home right away. Quiet neighborhood and accessible to some other areas.

Great House for large family /friends peaceful getaway. Four spacious bedrooms , good indoor and outdoor shared space and private garden and pool.

Our stay was nice! Clean beddings, bath, and kitchen. I appreciate the silverware and plates that we could use. Drinking water was also available which is great! There were towels and extra beddings, which can be very useful. Both the hosts and the caretakers were responsive and considerate. Overall I would highly recommend this.
