Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Lipa

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s a perfect spot for a barkada getaway—spacious, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Sir. Ryan was really helpful and friendly never failed to tend to our needs specially Ka-Domeng the boat driver and caretaker welcomed us and gave us free fresh fish it was just a lucky day where they had a lot of fish! If you ever meet Ryan during your stay feel free to ask him questions he’s very informative & helpful! I believe he was a vivamax star back in the day!

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. Overall, it was a great place to stay and the hosts were awesome. Our family will definitely come back. Thank you May!

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

The house was absolutely beautiful and spotlessly clean. The caretaker was very accommodating, and Ms. Mary Ann was quick to respond to all our concerns. The air conditioning was strong, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We did encounter a problem with the electricity, which unfortunately led us to check out earlier than planned. However, overall, the experience was excellent. The place is well-maintained and truly worth visiting. If we get another opportunity, we would definitely love to return. My family had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! It's the perfect spot for families, offering a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The place was well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and family-friendly getaway.

Place was spacious. Parking can fit up to 4 vehicles. Secure and gated. Rooms either had 2 queen beds, a king bed, or 6 bunk beds with pullout. We were only 12 people but this place should fit up to 20 comfortably (ad says 30 pax even). Shame we weren't able to tryout the heated pool because it was raining when we were there. Appreciated the big gazebo with all of the dining tables and chairs. Had a flat screen too which helped show the PowerPoint and Excel files we were discussing. Also had a videoke machine for after dinner entertainment -- however the sound system/speakers were terrible. That was the only downside. Everything else was up to par. Good for large groups or multiple families (clan) gathering. Location was solid too -- quite near Tagaytay action.

My first impression was "wow, this place is much bigger than i could see in the photos". The pool was our biggest draw, but the oversized lower area, pool table and giant kitchen were all awesome. Karaoke was a hug hit, too! Something i didn't expect in the middle of a heatwave was the cool air coming off the nearby mountain, it was very refreshing. Overall we greatly enjoyed the space and the amenities. The pool was fantastic! The only downside was the refrigerator didn't work great and the AC in our room was lacking, working but barely. We were accommodated with fans which was an adequate fix. Thanks again for hosting us, we had a great week with some good memories. You may see us again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this resort! The water was warm and inviting, and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. We also had a great time enjoying the amenities—playing billiards, singing with the karaoke, and making the most of the big TV. Everything added to a fun and relaxing experience. If you're looking for a place to unwind with great facilities and excellent service, this resort is definitely worth a visit.

Thank you for hosting our family. The staff was very accommodating. We suggested adding contrasting edges to the stairs in the villa since they have the same color as the tiles on the upper floor, making them easier to see, especially at night. The place was clean! Great experience—we'll definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay at Daniel’s Place! The kids had a blast in the pool, and the granny absolutely loved the heated jacuzzi. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the well-maintained lawn added to the charm—perfect for those who enjoy a quiet night with family. The rooms, linens, and towels were spotless and smelled wonderful. We’ll definitely be back for a longer stay!

The place is a gem and was as described -- 3 villas with enough space for us -- a family of 15 with 6 kids -- to gather for a meal and to sleep. There was a pool and heated jacuzzi that the kids really enjoyed even if it has been raining nonstop during our stay. All amenities mentioned were also available. We cooked meals during our stay, btw. Their caretakers were also there to assist us. Really such a pretty place -- as it was foggy due to the rainy weather, it felt like we were in a Tuscan village. If only it werent raining, we would have enjoyed lounging by the pool or the patio. The host was also responsive. Thank you for sharing your space.

Jody was very responsive to our inquiries which helped us prepare for our trip. She recommended a caterer which made our stay more convenient. The place itself is spacious enough for our family. We especially liked the hot spring pool which was very relaxing and was covered allowing us to use it longer than usual. Caretakers were very friendly and helpful. The only issue we had was the presence of flies at night which we think was common in the area. Good thing there was space indoors (family room) which we were able to use. This is one of the best resorts in Lakewood offering a majestic view of the Mount Makiling.

Stella is a great host and the caretaker is very attentive. They provided towels as we didn’t realise they wouldn’t be provided and the air bnb is beautiful. It is a little way out from the Main Streets so you will need to organise transport.

The place gives absolute tranquility. It gave us the relaxation we needed for an affordable price. Jacuzzi with the view is the best part. The place is not that hard to find, even for commuters like us. We'll definitely comeback.

Had a great stay. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and secured at the place. Harveline is very responsive and gives clear instructions. Her parents are also very helpful. Had to go out and buy stuff at the mall and Tatay Cris serviced me to and from. Even gave me fresh coconut on my birthday! There is a family of stray cats in the area and enjoyed looking after them. They ended up following me around wherever I go. It was a great touch. I really had a peaceful time at the place. Highly recommended. Charming place to stay in! If you’re tired of staying in a standard room or condo then this place is for you. Just don’t expect everything to be squeaky clean as a hotel. It’s clean in a sense that the sheets are freshly changed, and the floors are swept but it does have a few cobwebs and some dust around since technically it’s an open breeze house which is fine for us but might not be for some. Cabin aesthetic is a mix of the mountain houses in Baguio, and of the old bahay kubo-bahay na bato houses which makes it very unique - and why I appreciate the place as an architect and will book with friends also working in the same field. Location is near Ayala Mall Serin which makes going out for food and groceries really easy (it’s even better to walk than to drive in traffic since everything is near). We loved the Oak Cabin of Camper and Cabin Forest. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and had everything that we needed. The food at the restaurant was good and the massage was worth it. My only concerns were the privacy since you can been seen outside through the front door when outside the rooms especially at night and also I think there’s no way to lock the cabin from the outside so we had to leave the cabin unlocked while we ate breakfast at the restaurant. Still it was a very enjoyable stay and we would book again in the future.

The Green House hosted by Jenn was cozy and nice. it has all space you'll need for a big group or family. all of the rooms are airconditioned, could have been better if the living room downstairs have aircon too! Furnitures and ambiance were nice, wifi is great, but cell signal is a problem on the 2nd floor. Kuya Ronald was responsive and really took care of us. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, so its a good place to relax and bond with family and friends. Jenn also left us some chips as compliments for our stay.

Stayed at this place 2 times now and it does not disappoint. The place is perfect if you’re looking to relax and unwind with family and friends. The views are amazing and the rooms are all so comfortable, all complete with their own en suite bathrooms and smart TVs! Plus the kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you will need. Such a beautiful and cozy place perfect for a relaxing getaway! The ambiance is peaceful, the design is well thought out, and everything feels so homey and comfortable. We loved spending time by the pool and enjoying the fresh air. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a fun and restful stay.
