Villa vacation rentals in Lipa City

It was great. We were able to cook our meals, bathrooms are clean and it comes with necessities (Shampoo and soaps), and they have provided the sink with towels to dry the plates and utensil even soap dish was available to clean after our mess. The caretakers were very helpful. 100% Value for Money.

This place is very well located. Very near establishments but still peaceful. The place is spacious enough to have activities and play simple sports or games. The internet connection is reliable and fast enough. The TVs are well equipped. The Aircons are cold, heaters warm. I just hoped they had better blankets? 😂 Will definitely recommend and comeback. 👌🏼

We stayed at this place for a weekend staycation and to attend a wedding at a nearby events place. The place is very nice, cozy and the pool is an added plus. We also enjoyed our karaoke time in the limited time that we have. The host is very responsive and attended to our queries and needs promptly. The caretakers were very helpful and reliable. We felt safe and homely. My only issue was the gravel pathway leading to the Casitas which is not wheelchair or PWD friendly and was a struggle for our elderly. A pebbled concrete would’ve been better. Other than this, the place is very spacious, the beds were comfortable and the amenities were ample for a comfortable stay.

There were plenty of things to do for the young ones and adult - karaoke, barbecue facilities, and swimming pool. The pool has nice views of the mountain and the kid’s pool was relaxingly warm. Kathryn was an extremely great host. Very prompt to respond. We were also given a nice token of aloe vera plant to take home. Overall, I would recommend staying at Casa Erika! We will definitely be back again ✨

John Louie is very accommodating and responsive. Replies right away and gives exact directions. He’s very proactive too. The place is exactly as described. Same as the photos too. It is very spacious and clean. The pool is warm (summer time) nice to relax in. The weather is extemely hot when we arrived so it’s not best to swim around 10am-3pm. We just had lunch and played with board games that they provided. We also did karaoke. Suggestion to put sun shade at the pool area. They provided clean blankets. Complete kitchen appliances (ref, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, 2 burner stove, pans, pots and bowls. They also have a griller. The pool lights and water falls are some of the features the children loved. The overall stay was excellent and we will definitely come back.

Over all, our Christmas Eve celebration has been splendid. The place is spacious enough for our family. Kitchen utensils are perfect for my mom’s cooking. We were also able to decorate the living area for our family photos. It felt home for us. —- The location is very peaceful and the scenery is amazing! —- Although, it rained during our stay and it would have been perfect time for the jacuzzi. However, the heater is no longer working. Nonetheless, it was an excellent overnight stay for me and my family. Thank you!

We were greeted warmly by the caretakers and even offer their assistance with grilling our bbqs and buying other items. The villa was clean and felt like a hotel accommodation which made us stay comfortably. More powers to the host and the caretakers!

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at the villa. The views are amazing from the bedrooms and living areas and pool. We took advantage of the warm pool everyday. We cooked all meals there and the kitchen facilities were more than ample. The villa was clean and the beds and linens comfortable for a good nights sleep. The A/C worked well. The karaoke and Netflix were awesome to use. The entire staff on hand were great and responsive. My only issue although stated within the rules somewhere that although you have ‘access’ to the entire villa you don’t. We were an adult family of 8 people. And though there are 4 bedrooms you are only allocated 3 up to 12 persons. This forces you to share with others. If you want the extra room you have to pay 4,000 pesos per night. I find this displeasing especially when our stay cost us about $400 US a night. So I don’t understand the reasoning behind it. Also the checkin was not until 5 pm. But overall we enjoyed our stay and best views!

Tirta Spring Villas is a gem few hours away from the metro it was a very short stay but my family really loved the place. It was comfy and homey everything is clean modern and i cant really say more! Our short stay should have been a long stay! definitely will come back!

Kasa Monte is like our second home in Tagaytay. We’ve been back here for the nth time and it never disappoints. We always book this home every time we need or want a quick getaway, or there’s an event that requires us to stay overnight in Tagaytay. The place is clean, peaceful, and very cozy. We stayed at Olivia's place for my little cousin's birthday celebration and everything went well. The place was clean and accurate to the pictures and description. The caretaker was very accommodating and friendly and assisted us fairly quickly. The host, Olivia was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended and we can definitely see ourselves coming back in the future.

Place was better than we expected for a group of 15 pax. We especially enjoyed the big pool area and the cozy living room. The kitchen and dining was spacious as well with a 12 seater table. Being surrounded by the garden was very peaceful and they even had zen music playing in the gardens. Really relaxing. Our group enjoyed a lot.

Diana's place offered a brief yet delightful escape. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication was excellent and check-in was seamless. While the pool wasn't heated and was a bit on the smaller side, it was just right for our little ones to splash around in. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it.

Our family enjoyed our quick hideaway at this property. It was a little challenging to find but with a bit of help, we got there just fine. It was accurately depicted in the listing, it was truly a nice little gem of a stay in Amadeo. I only wished we stayed longer, I recommend to book at least 2 nights! We will come back :)

We had a great stay! The place is super clean, very aesthetic, and has a stunning view. The caretakers are really nice and easy to talk to—they’re helpful and responsive. The house has everything you need, from kitchenware to comfy beds, so it really feels like a home away from home. The only downside is the insects in the outdoor area at night, but that’s expected given the beautiful natural surroundings. Just make sure to keep the doors and windows closed in the evening. Would still highly recommend for a peaceful, nature-filled getaway!

I enjoyed our stay in Ina’s place. It’s only few weeks new and was able to book it at a discounted rate at that time. Place was exactly like the pics, open concept and really aesthetic if you’re looking for a nice place. Bathroom is also nice with the bathtub, dipping pool is cute! Fully Equipped kitchen. Rooms are adjacent to the pool so you have a nice view from the room and easy access. Which I appreciate. Malalaki yung gamo gamo sa gabi but it’s okay. Di nman sobrang dami para magkulong sa kwarto. They provided bug spray too. May pang karaoke and many games na pedeng laruin as a group. The only downside for me is the loud bell coming from the church which is sa tapat lang sa kabilang street. Super close, so malakas ung ingay ng bell sa umaga esp sunday morning, sat night meron din pero saglit lang. They indicated din nman yun sa description nila. If you’re okay with that then the place is perfect for you. Other than that I’m super satisfied naman sa stay.perfect for small family
