This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The air conditioning is reversible to enjoy winter and summer. The rooftop terrace offers unobstructed sea and mountain views. Beautiful newly renovated apartment located by the sea in the coastal city of Águilas. It has two bedrooms, one with two separate beds and the other with a 1.50 cm bed. Separate kitchen equipped with all appliances and a bathroom with a shower. It has a washing machine and a large balcony overlooking the ocean for enjoyment. The sofa can be used for sleeping by removing its seats. It is equipped with air conditioning and duct heating. It also has ceiling fans.

It has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a movie projector, sports equipment, an outdoor kitchen, 2 fireplaces, etc.
