The detached house is in an ideal place to disconnect and rest, in a magical place, away from everything, but a 5-minute walk from one of the most beautiful villages in Spain and 3 km from its beaches. Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

El apartamento está ubicado a 2 minutos de la playa de Vera y a 5 minutos de la playa de Garrucha. En frente del puerto y cerca de comercios y restaurantes. Cuenta con un dormitorio de cama doble. También tiene un balcón con vistas al mar y una terraza de 48m2 con barbacoa y ducha portatil. El apartamento está en un segundo piso sin ascensor y el acceso a la terraza privada es por la escaleras del edificio en el tercero.
