Probably the best development in Vera and the best apartment in the development. Renovated in 2022. Spectacular panoramic views. Morning sun. Equipped with all appliances and utensils. Fiber. Bathrooms with shower trays instead of bathtubs and with windows that provide freshness in summer (You will use little air conditioning). Very cozy terrace. Elevator. 2 outdoor pools and another heated indoor pool with Spa in Autumn/Winter. Tennis, paddle tennis, gardens, covered parking.

You'll walk out of the residential complex and in 3 minutes you'll be walking on the fine sand of the Almerian coast. A seven-kilometer long sandy area that connects Garrucha with Vera Playa and Villaricos. Mojacar is a charming neighboring town.
