Xavier's apartment is in quiet neighborhood but still close to city center. He is nice and quick response. The apartment has everything needed for a trip to La Rochelle. Would really recommend it.

Very clean and functional accommodation, free parking spaces on the street easily, small very nice terrace, the center is a 15-minute walk away through the park. We are delighted with our short stay in La Rochelle. Thanks to Jihane and Morgann for hosting us!

We were very happy about our stay. The neighbourhood is very calm, with typical houses in the surrounding streets. The apartment is very cozy, well equipped, clean, has lots of warm water, and is quiet at night. We especially loved hanging out in the small courtyard at any time of the day. Nicolas is very quick at responding and we warmly recommend this little oasis to future travellers.

Our stay at Annick's went extremely well. Annick is a very kind and very responsive person. She adapted to our schedules and was waiting for us at the accommodation with all the essentials, which is very nice after a trip with young children. Her apartment is very well located. Its location allows you to do anything by foot. It's in the old town and the rooms are on the courtyard, so we were able to sleep peacefully without any noise. The small patio adds a lot of charm and gives the impression of staying in a house. We had a lovely stay at this apartment which is very nicely decorated and in fact, very pleasant to stay in. We'll be happy to go back to Annick's apartment! Thank you so much for everything!

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

Lovely house located in a very quiet and unspoiled environment, very close to bike paths and with nearby shops. The house is very clean and well equipped, the bedroom and bathroom are spacious, there is everything you need in the kitchen, which is rare! Stéphane was very welcoming and gave many good tips to enjoy the island. I will come back without hesitation!

We had such a relaxing time in this beautiful place. All amenities exceed our expectations and the place was superb for exploring the surroundings by bike or by foot. All rooms were modern and spotless. Kitchen has all you need. Nice and clean pool maintained professionally. We felt very safe here and would love to return.

Stay from July 20 to 27, family with 2 children. Nice apartment, very well equipped with optimized space; compliant with the presentation and photos. Impeccable on arrival (tidy, clean) and provision of cleaning products. Very good location (close to the beach, port, shops...) and quiet of the residence appreciated. However, small difficulty in finding the exact location (GPS note problem?); but very responsive host and "problem" resolved quickly. We had a pleasant stay in this place.

The accommodation is very well located in the center of La Rochelle: it is possible to do anything on foot. The apartment is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. Sarah is also very welcoming and accommodating; especially on checkout time (we were able to leave our luggage in the accommodation until early afternoon.)
