Vacation rentals with lake access in Les Minimes, La Rochelle

We had a great time, the house and environment made our stay enjoyable. We were able to rest and visit different places. The house is well located, there are shops nearby as well as water activities within walking distance.

The accommodation is very well arranged, perfect for 2 families with 4 children (2 showers, 2 toilets). The kitchen has all the necessary equipment. We were also hosted very well. The 2 bedrooms on the street side are a little noisy, there is a lot of vehicle traffic on the road just in front. Also bring earplugs if you are sensitive to the sound of the church bells nearby that can wake you up. There are games for children outside which is actually quite large! And again we did not take advantage of the outdoor lounge and kitchen, nor the pool, it makes you want to come back in the summer.

I was very pleased with the reservation made . The accommodation booked was very comfortable and sufficient for six people for a week in the summer. The accommodation offered also gave access to the water amenities of the city which was very pleasant, with a beautiful panorama and easy access, a thousand thanks to Anne Marie and the neighbor very welcoming and very pleasant and available . frankly great and to be redone.

Wonderful stay! The house is equipped with all comforts, very quiet and relaxing stay here. Furthermore, you are very quickly on the beach or in cities nearby. There is an organic market on Saturdays. Beautiful domain where you can walk and of course a swimming pool ! We really enjoyed our week here.

What Marion offers is at its best. Marion is also very responsive and makes everything available to welcome her hosts as he should be. Comfort is a plus that Marion doesn't neglect.

We booked this studio for a weekend with two friends. The place is quiet, in a good location and the studio is tastefully decorated. The host is very welcoming and the prices are affordable. We had a lovely stay!
