Spacious and comfortable space. Great location. Very quiet. Own. The only downside is the parking lot outside. But it's not insurmountable👍.

Very good location. On the channel with nice view of the boats. Pier for La Rochelle is a 10-minute walk away. Very well received by Catherine.

Great stay at Dominique and Yves' place. Very nice apartment, located in the city center, spacious and in a quiet residence with swimming pool, sauna and hammam. Lovely hosts. You can go there without so much as a second thought, I recommend it :)

We had a nice weekend. The accommodation is very clean and spacious. The accommodation is a 20min walk from the center of La Rochelle and the nearby park is very convenient for children. Recommended! 🙂

very nice and accommodating hosts. Very nice and clean accommodation. very good stay at this property. A little far from the city center but various. modes of transport to reach it very quickly (bus and bus boat in 1/4 hour and on foot it takes 1/2 hour walk) i recommend it.

Perfect place to stay a week in La Rochelle

We just spent 2 nights for 3 people in this apartment and loved our stay. This minimalist home had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Jean-François and Florence are very responsive and caring hosts and have very good recommendations. Clean accommodation and very well located. Only problem: the heated outdoor pool only opens in May and not at the end of April as written in the description. We recommend the eyes closed!

An excellent studio located about 25-30’ walk to the old town. Easy access and parking and access to a swimming pool onsite. The studio is small but well designed and optimised for the space. The AC is not a wall unit and is very noisy. We therefore needed to open the door to the terrace and there was a lot of noise in the apartments opposite from young men having a party till 2am each night. With ear plugs we were fine. We were very happy with the apartment otherwise and recommend the host.

Welcoming host. The place matches the description and is great for a vacation. To have a parking space, allowed us to leave our car safe and do everything by bike.
